As a realtor and support services they are the best. They helped us find our forever home three years ago and invite us back on special occasions.

Repair on replacing the stoppers on two bathroom sinks was done by Assured Plumbing. The repairman texted 20 minutes prior to arriving and was very professional. He was all business and completed to tasks in a timely manner and explained the process entirely. I would recommend his service on any future plumbing repair.

Do not use! I signed an agreement with them to find a tenant for my rental property. They failed to list it and were unresponsive. They wasted valuable days, costing me money! Extremely unprofessional!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I can echo the sentiment of other reviews below. Extremely poor communication, no response to tickets/emails, no way to reach anyone, you speak to multiple people not just one. Additionally, the way it appears they treat the owners of their properties is unreal.I moved into this home in July 2023 and we've had several issues from bugs to leaking basement windows/walls. We had a ticket open on the leak and on a particularly rainy weekend, we had pools of water in the basement. To avoid additional damage we went out and dug trenches to allow for the water to disperse elsewhere. We had no way of reaching the owner, time ticked on. I assumed the homeowner was not getting the full story, because nothing ever got done. As the tenant I have a folder of emails of me begging them to be responsive, as we have a child in the home. I could literally write a book on this, and we've only been in this home since July 1, 2023 (and today is Oct 10, 2023). I had several open tickets that went unanswered. The last straw was the loss of a family member and not realizing the date. We paid rent 1 day late and were charged a ridiculous late fee of $167.50. When I asked for a courtesy reversal due to the circumstances I was told (copied and pasted from their response) "Unfortunately we can't waive the late fee. Please have it settled to avoid any charges". In short, this is a money hungry entity. If you're a homeowner, they will not be truthful to you and don't really care if the tenant stays because they don't expect a tenant to stay long anyway. They make more money when tenants move in and out. The "lease origination" fee alone is $297 for the tenant! Do yourself a favor and avoid as both a tenant and homeowner.UPDATE rebuttal to the response from C21, who can spin it however they’d like. I was 7 hours late and have always paid on time. Secondly, Fair Housing laws do state they must enforce the rules the same for every tenant. However, so long as one tenant is not favored over another who falls into a protected class (which is not the case), this is a poor excuse and a way to cover their greed.
