“This charming children's shop carries high quality children's clothing for special occasions and everyday, with the best selection of children's shoes in the city of Alexandria (Hunter, boys leather loafers, Native, See Kai Run, saddle shoes, Keen). It is a classic store but also has new trends. They are one of my go-tos for holiday pjs, classic items like wool or rain coats and well-made, long lasting shoes like rainboots and saddle shoes. Now that my boys are older, it is a good place for sacrament outfits for first communion or cotillion clothes. I love their selection of unique gifts and it is one of my boys' favorites to pick up a Jelly Cat stuffed animal, Melissa and Dog classic wooden toys or cute hairbows and jewelry. At the holidays, they are my go-to for Thymes fir candles and monogrammed items. They monogrammed my boys' heirloom baptism gown with their names and baptism dates through the in-house Del Ray monograms and expanded to Del Ray Balloons. They used to have a terrific consignment corner and their sales are the best, where I stock up on the next size up. The owners Paula and Linda know long-time customers by name and have great customer service and know host to hustle, surviving the pandemic with innovation and grit.”
“This is such a neat boutique store. They have a wonderful selection of stylish and well-made children's clothes 0+ months and up. There are some really cool toys mixed with some old time favorites.”
“Excellent store. Lots of variety, beautiful clothing for everyone and wonderful service. I appreciate when they communicate in Spanish without encouragement or pretensions.”
“This is a great place to get high quality, gently used kids' clothing! This place has been around a long time, although they did move from one unit in the shopping center to a new one in the past fife years or so. They do a great job of being selective about what they carry and pricing it appropriately. They have tons of my favorites including Hanna Anderson, Gap, Crew Cuts, Patagonia, and more. They have lots of great kids shoes as well--things that would normally be pricier, like Keen, Sperry, etc. I have not consigned with them although I probably should. One thing I really love is that they promote their items on Instagram (handle 529hollinhall) and you can even reserve and pay for items there. They are very active on there AP you can find what you want without having to do much browsing.”
“Old Navy is a go-to spot for affordable and stylish clothing for the whole family! They offer a wide variety of casual wear, activewear, and seasonal essentials that are both trendy and comfortable. Their jeans, in particular, are a great fit and come in different styles and sizes.
The store is well-organized, making it easy to find deals and explore new arrivals. The staff are friendly and helpful, ensuring a smooth shopping experience. Plus, their frequent sales make it even more budget-friendly.”

“Great store and online experience! I ordered some clothing online and brought what didn’t fit to the store and the refund process was super easy! Just make sure you have the email that has your order number on it available. P.S. on a side note I noticed that their pants run a bit large so I would order down a size if I were you. All three pairs of pants I got were way too big. Happy Shopping! ?️”
“This is my go-to special occasion store for quality, classic clothing for my two boys. The owner, Maura, is a #boymom so she gets that moms of boys want their children to look stylish and well dressed too. This store has the best selection of boutique brands and classics from my own childhood. My boys bought their blazers for first communion/reconciliation and cotillion here, along with great accessories and shoes. They have high quality leather saddle shoes and loafers perfect for "parties and church" as my son used to say when he was a toddler. They offer many special events that add to the shopping experience, like heirloom portraits by Renee C. Gage Photography and silhouettes by Silhouettes by Eric that I got done of my boys as gifts for our family and to document them through the years in a creative way. This is the go-to place for Catholic girls for first communion and from my #girlmom friends, the experience is over the top. They also have great first communion items for boys, like blazers, suits, ties, belts, shirts and pants. This store is expanding their size and I can't wait! Highly recommend for hard-to-find special occasion clothes for boys. I've found unique items like Old Town and shamrock sweaters, a lacrosse sweater and lots of cute critter pants in sports and nature themes. You have to check Monday's Child out!”
