I love this place!!! it is like a hidden gem for smokers because the prices are very reasonable. And the staff is amazing. This is my go to place anytime I need to pick up cigarettes or cigars.

I've been coming here for years & have only good things to say,. I've been treated with kindness & professionalism. Once my brand was gone & I was given their number & told to call before I come to double check because I live in Suitland MD. Their prices are much lower than in my neighborhood.

20 minutes after I made a big purchase from this store, I found out that they had a skimmer Or other means of selecting my debit card for their purchases. I never had a problem when their sons were running the business. Never ever. I bought from here for years. I don't know what's going on with their mother but she needs to step up and not scam people.cannot prove it. But that is the only place I was at in 11 days. My debit card was shut down.

No business class at all what so ever! I purchased cigars in packaging. Got home opened them and they were dried out and crumbled. I took them back within 30 minutes and politely asked to trade them for fresh. I was not given new product or a refund! Total RIP OFF!

I Swear that I cannot figure out what's going on in places such as this, where I go into establishments such as this early today, hours later returning to spend more, yet this time something was Wrong, the packages had been switched up and ones that I've already told others that something was not right concerning the taste and smell, the way I've been feeling even afterwards, that I've even been persistently under the assumption that I've been Informing Law Enforcement, Government and Judiciary employees, yet it would seem as if people have diligently been pushing to silencing me and dozens of Law, including my Life, I can only assume how many others physical health and happiness, not to mention the overall body hasn't been Violated right alone with how many others who just doesn't know any better

The lady behind the counter is rude, unprofessional, lacks customer service skills, and is financially dishonest. I am a black woman who lives a comfortable life. I have patronized this store for atleast a decade. On May 2nd, I went in to buy a pack of Capri Menthol 120s. The credit card machine kept reporting an error with my debit card so I used my credit card to no avail. The lady after me had the same problem. When I showed her my mobile bank app, the money had come out. She took my phone number and said she would call for a new payment if visa didn't show her getting her ten bucks and change. She did call and I gave her the same card. She promised that if I turned out to be double charged to bring my mobile app to show her and she would settle things. Today. I returned with my proof. She was rude. She cut me off. She ranted about making only 60 cents profit. I told her she made much more than that off of me. I told her I could dispute the transactions and she would lose both payments. She said I would not be welcome back. But why lose a longtime customer over ten bucks?

African Americans BEWARE! So I have been a regular customer since August 4th. Today I visited to buy my weekly cigar. As I shopped and was deciding between two different brands of cigars, the manager entered the humidor and yelled, "I will only tell you once, 'you have to put the cigars in the tray!'", referencing the tray that is provided to customers. I suppose it is a loss prevention method. I was concerned that her approach was extremely aggressive and unnecessary. I shared with her that I was deciding on the differnce between two differnt brands. I asked her for an explanation for yelling at me and directing me with an overly aggressive tone. She replied that she was having problems with theft. I shared with her that I am in law enforcement, and was in the midst of a selection process. She said she didn't care. I assume because I am African American and in a t-shirt that it was necessary for her to attempt to embarass me based on her concerns related to loss prevention. I will never return to this shop as the manager's tone was increasingly rude and aggressive as the conversation continued. It's sad that immigrant business owners take on main stream prejudice as their own prejudice. I hope other African American steer clear.

This was my first time there and the last For most rudest customer service the owner will yelled at you if you accidentally ask another question the meanest far most expensive place to buy anything do not attempt to go here and buy anything these people are the meanest rudest customers service you’ve ever come across! Really not recommended!
