The nice lady that did my drug screen was very professional and polite. She was a Virgo as well, I enjoyed speaking with her. The next time my job picks me for a random, if I know I’m going to this office I might actually look forward to it. Lol

I usually don’t review even if the company gives me a hard time but, If I could give 0 I would. Young woman at the desk was extremely rude. I couldn’t login to registration due to her inputting my name is the system incorrectly. I waited close to two hours for a urine test and when I told her I couldn’t hold the urine any longer she said I would have to wait another 30 mins. When I finally went in for the test the technician hadn’t flushed the toilet for the individual before me. Horrible experience and I let the hiring company that sent me there no it. Lab corp will have you in and out within 20-30 mins without an appointment .

I’ve been waiting in line for the past 15 minutes with only one person ahead of me, and there’s no sign-in sheet or indication of how long the wait will be. The staff seem to take their time without any sense of urgency. At one point, they called someone who was seated to the counter, and then the second staff member simply got up and left. Meanwhile, the other staff member has been assisting the same person throughout my wait. Overall, the experience has been frustrating and unorganized. I’m glad I came here for a simple drug test rather than actual medical care, as I wouldn’t trust them with my health based on this experience.
They weren't rude, so I'll add a star.
Update: Taking off the star I added because someone who came in after me was called before me and now I'm late for work... still waiting...This is ridiculous.

The wait was extremely long, 3.5 hrs.
The Front Desk staff was not friendly except Cait, who was professional and helpful.
Physician Assistant Felicia Steel made all the difference, after a long day, by being courteous , caring and definitely professional. She represented Concentra very well. Well done, PA Steel and Thank you!

Wait times are ridiculous. I have visited this location twice for a simple employer drug screen and have waited for 2 hours. I will never utilize this location again. Id rather drive a bit further to visit a different provider. I gave 1 star because the staff was professional and pleasant once you're able to be seen.

The first time I went, went wonderfully it was quick as well as the worker that gave me my vaccine very polite. The second time I went the lady was polite, but she admitted that she was in a rush to go to lunch and when she gave me my vaccine she quite literally stabbed me in the arm, This was a week ago it is now Friday the following week and my muscle in my arm is sore and swollen, I thought I was being exaggerate but now thinking about it. I think she should’ve been more gentle. I get it. She was probably hungry and had a long shift. It was very busy. I waited two hours to be seen, but still there was no reason to rush like that.

Each time when I come in, the attention of Dr Felicia, and Carlos (Front Desk and sample taker), even I never before sow him, was really wonderful.
Dr Felicia I would love you will be my Head Doctor, I know you have a lot patients and everybody ask for you. It will a privilege if you could be my Head Truest Provider.
Carlos, I would love to come in again, but please if you don’t mind, I will wait for you if you are busy.

Last sept 22, I had a very disappointing experience with two black women at the front desk. They were not approachable and came across as rude. When I greeted them with a smile, there was no acknowledgment or courtesy in return. After handing in my paperwork, one of them just shouted “NEXT IN LINE!” without any basic politeness.
Front desk staff are the first point of contact and set the tone for the entire visit. If they are unhappy with their job, it shows in the way they treat people—and unfortunately, it made me feel unwelcome. Professionalism, courtesy, and a simple smile go a long way.

Better than the other urgent cares: Dr King and Brandy amazing! Once you get in the back to be seen it’s 4 stars. Clean and the medical staff is professional. Dr King is an educator and as a provider myself I appreciate his knowledge and bedside mannerism. Brandy the MA has a bedside mannerism that is Gold! If you have the patience of “Job” this Concentra/Urgent care is the go to for quick things like drug screening, physicals, fit test etc
