I recently took a gander while in the area and walked in to this outlet. I wasn’t in the market for anything big but I didn’t feel pressured when I went in. Gio was very informative explaining products to me and how it operated if I were to buy furniture. I’m so grateful to Gio for creating a welcoming environment. I’m definitely going to go back and purchase something for my home.

The associates were beyond wonderful assisting customers, especially Jenna! However, when I talked to manager about a coupon I had, the manager was unreasonably angry and upset at me for no apparent reason. He practically yelled at me for bringing an email I received from the store directly.. I was beyond confused and overwhelmed by his aggressiveness and left the store. It definitely ruined my Saturday afternoon.

As with many so-called outlets these days, lots of things aren't really any cheaper than you can find in their supposed regular stores. Only the more beaten up Furniture is substantially reduced.

Every time my wife and I visit the Crate & Barrel Outlet store, they're always have a big sale, and the sales associates are moving things out the door. The sales associates are nice. Ask for Jamal; tell him the couple from NC sent you. Also, ask for the bc we know you discount.😊

First of all, I want to give five stars to everyone who works in the store. The store and its inventory are amazing; they have whatever you need. Don't overlook the outlet—every table, bed, and piece of furniture looks brand new. The kids' section is lovely and charming. The customer service is fantastic. Be sure to follow their Instagram for the best deals!
