Crest Cleaners makes it so convenient to get winter clothing dry cleaned! They pick up - they deliver! They even ask if I have anything for the week! And, they follow special instructions. All really great and helpful in a busy world.

You get what you pay for. A pricy, quality dry cleaner with excellent service. I love the convenience factor! They pick up and drop off.

I am old customer and twice this happened to me that I gave my sweaters and coat. Their were hair and were not cleaned properly. I complained and they said they will take care next time but again it happened and I am very disappointed by the cleaning. Certainly not giving the business anymore.

The reason they mess up all the orders is NO ONE speaks English! Only when it comes to money do they understand!! Selective English! Stay away….

So I will say, I was apprehensive about trying this place because of some of the recent reviews about customer service. However, I had an event and needed to get some dresses hemmed, and another cleaner’s that I went to was charging almost $20 for one dress. I came into Crest and got two regular UNLINED dresses hemmed for $16 each. FYI; they charge more for double lined, slits, & pleating or any kind of fabric folding(??) design. The price was more than what I was expecting for such a simple alteration, but she did them quickly, literally the next day! I wouldn’t expect that all the time but that + the free pick up and delivery + the text alerts gets 4 stars. When I came to pick them up, they told me it would be $34 instead of $32. Not a huge jump but not what I was quoted. When I told the girl about it she seemed hesitant, but the seamstress was fortunately still there and asked if they could correct it. After some obvious annoyance from the cashier the issue was resolved. They didn’t give me a ticket when I dropped them off so I had to be firm in my complaint, so I would say try to get something in writing.

Tailoring charges are a bit high and aren’t posted in the store. I think they can post estimated charges.Service: Hem repairs

Biggest scam - Crest Cleaners. Management is dishonest and employees try to get away with it, too. My last visit and I caught the girl in a lie. All the while I acted nice. The girl has so many issues wrong with her...that you just want to call out. But I remained nice, while she thought she was getting along with her lie.

I was having lunch at la Madeleine next door, and accidentally dropped my phone in the parking lot. Someone found my phone, and brought it into crest cleaners. They held the phone for me, and then made sure it got to me when the very kind manager from La Madeleine called my phone. Just one of those times when you’re grateful for kind people doing the right thing! Thank you crest cleaners!

Been taking me and my husband's clothes here for a couple years now. My only gripe is the inequity in women's clothing prices, but that's everywhere.

Service is quick and convenient but cost is WAAAY too high. $6.50/dress shirt? That’s completely ridiculous. Save your money and find a mom-n-pop place that won’t rip you off.Service: Clothes pressing

I should have checked the reviews before I took my clothes in. I had four pieces. A dress, a pair of slacks, some shorts and a top. Four articles of clothing cost $75.00! When I asked why it was so expensive, the lady behind the cashier condescendingly asked if I wanted a receipt to which I replied yes. Turns out my dress (a very simple dress)cost $35 dollars to dry clean because it was designer, my shorts $20.00 ( also designer but basic) and a blouse $10, and slacks $10.00.Who cares if it's designer! Dry cleaning is dry cleaning. Every article should be cleaned with care.
