Hi Mr Rob. Today I was visiting your store. I am your customer for such a long time but I am sorry to say one of your employees wad very rude to me and startedbusing bad language. I am so disappointed. I went to another location and fix my problem and I decided to never ever to come to your store. You can see the cctv camera and look for yourself how the employees are damaging your business. You deserve 5 Star but I am sorry I giving you one because of this employee.

Rob was being wonderful and helped me set up my phone. He also gave me the best sale when I ported over and also threw in a case and screen protector at a reasonable price since I was working with a budget. Rob deserves a raise for the amazing costumers service and professionalism.

Rob is amazing manager he helped me with my iPhone issues that was having. I thought my phone was blocking people’s in my contacts but that was not the case lol . They blocked me regardless. I always come to him with my issues

I came in this afternoon in a frenzy as my phone broke seconds after I received a job offer. I have been buying phones at Walmart for years. Awful customer service and rude employees. I couldn't deal with that today and came here instead. The staff here was friendly , helpful and knowledgeable and I was walking out the door with a working phone in about 20 minutes. Walmart's line takes 20 minutes on a good day. I will be returning to finally get rid of verizon and switch to cricket entirely. Kings crossing and the highway in general are known by anyone whos been here for a while for their exceptionally awful service. If you need a phone and want genuine , caring customer service this is the place to go.

Rude individual (Alex I believe) raising his voice at me over asking a simple phone price question and attempted to swindle me with store exclusive BS "transfer" fees while I'm still in service with Cricket and I know the SIMs are suppose to work with compatible devices instantaneously. Don't bother coming to this barren store which has a lot less customers for a good reason. Borderline rude staff and con art charges over ridiculous service notions that don't exist anywhere else.

Alex is very helpful but doesn't know the indicator that comes up for you to charge your phone. Yellow Triangle with a Warning Sign. LOL!

Stopped in after cracking my screen. Ivan offered great customer service and set up everything for replacement phone.
