Yeaaaa so this CVS is pretty bad. Customer service is nonexistent. There are extremely looooong wait times. I called about a prescription to find out the price before driving there, because I knew my insurance didn't cover it, and was on hold for over 40 min....needless to say I had to drive up there anyway. If giving zero stars or a half star was an option, I would. With all that said I'll probably still come tho because it wouldn't be any different at another CVS.

Every time I visit this pharmacy the line is in the aisle. You would think they would hire an additional person for prescription pick up or even move at a faster pace.

Horrible pharmacy, rude employees. I had to keep coming back to get a script filled for almost a week before it was ever filled (I finally had it transferred to a different pharm) and when you try to call the pharmacy not a soul picks up. The lines are always crazy slow and long and more often than not when I finally get to the front I have an “issue” with the script and it’s not filled. I always end up having to go to Drop Off for something they could have called about so my script could have been filled. Horrible service. All of the techs are rude.

This pharmacy is not good, peoples there are rude ,I'm suffering with so much pain because I had surgery in 2016 and now my L5, C1 need another surgery, I went to y primecare doctor she prescribed me the medication, it's now one week this pharmacy won't fill the medication, and keep telling me that it's in back order they don't know when they will have ,if they don't change their bad attitude I'm going to switch to another pharmacy, I'm seek and tired of unprofessional. Also when you it takes 45 minutes to hour for someone there to answer your the calls.

Waiting in line for 30 minutes to pick up prescriptions is never a good thing. They never have enough staff.

I actually really like this CVS. It's big, clean, well lit, has a great selection, and is open 24 hours. But the company clearly is not providing enough support to the pharmacy. The friendly, helpful pharmacists are almost always drastically overworked. I am currently sitting in the drive through for a prescription and none of the cars in line have even moved in over ten minutes. There are six cars waiting. It's rarely any better inside the store, where the line for the pharmacy is almost always extremely long and slow. Additionally, it seems like the pharmacy doesn't start filling a prescription until you show up to pick it up, meaning a 5 minute transaction takes 20-30 minutes. CVS: please support your staff and hire more hands for the pharmacy!

Took 3 times to get prescription right. The last time happened 10 minutes before lunch. Patient was in severe pain and nausea and was told to come back after lunch. No comparison.

No suggestion as to improvement. Your people are well prepared, very knowledgeable and eager to please your clients. That says a lot about CVS.

Service is slow. 9 times out of 10, if I need assistance, I have to search to find an employee. It’s not the fault of the employees. CVS is clearly trying to cut costs by having as few employees staffing the store as possible. There just aren’t enough employees to get everything done, like make sure the sales price labels are taken down when the sales are over. This makes it hard to tell what items actually cost. The extra bucks promotional savings are confusing. You don’t know what discount you are going to get until your ring everything up. If you decide you want to remove something from your order, and you are using self-checkout, which is likely because there are rarely employees at the front counter, you have to go look for an employee, because you can’t do it yourself.I go to CVS for 2 reasons. One, it is close enough to my home that I can walk. Two, it is open 24 hours a day.I go to CVS because I don’t live closer to a Walmart.Retail is dying. Hopefully, CVS is the next chain to kick the bucket.

Amazingly poor service. CVS is capable of much better. My experience was almost identical to that off many of the other reviewers. I'll only add that none of the CVS Pharmacies I've tried in this area are decent.

Awful Awful service. I have had to use CVS for medications due to my insurance coverage at work. I take a few different meds every month and have for years. ONE MED IN PARTICULAR, 9 out of 10 time I have to fight to get this medication filled. They never have in stock! I have had to switch to a different location to get this medication filled. Then 2 months go by and I have to do the same thing over. My doctor send in the script electronically and then they tell me they can send it to another location - I then have to call my doctor and have them send to a different location. This can take 3 to 4 days before that's done. Last month it was 5 days without the medication. It never ends. But yet theses pieces of garbage at CVS will call your doctor and get refills on meds I no longer take just so they can rake in insurance payments! We are so screwed by CVS!
