Understaffed pharmacy’s. Took 30 mins just to drop off a prescription

This pharmacy is terrible! I stood second in line for over 15 minutes just to ask for my medication. The clerk then told me the medication was on hold and I needed to get out of line and wait to speak with the pharmacist. After doing that, the pharmacist told me the medication wasn’t picked up fast enough so it was canceled. I received a text on a Monday saying it was available and was there on Wednesday to get it. Such a cluster-F with this pharmacy every time.

The pharmacy never has anything. Every time I come I always have to wait, even though I received even a text to say it was ready.

This CVS deserves a negative five stars! I mean, most CVS pharmacies are the worst, but this one is ridiculous. Neil Preston, the store manager, and the Pharmacist, Caroline, know nothing about customer service or how to treat people. You can see what kind of leader she is by the way her pharmacy techs treat customers. I was there the other day to see if I could get my flu shot switched to then because I had a last-minute doctor's that afternoon during my appointment. No, keep in mind there were no customers anywhere near the pharmacy, NONE! I stood over by the checkout line and waited.The pharmacy tech (heart-shaped glasses), after standing there for a while, made no eye contact and said she would be with me shortly. Then, I continued working and working after about ten more minutes (still not one other customer around), and after the lady who had been helping someone in the drive-through told her she had a customer, I went up to her and asked if I could get a shot. First, she said there would be a wait! Then I told her I had an app in the afternoon, and she said only the pharmacist (Caroline) could check and see what she could do. Then she took two customers who just arrived at the pharmacy when I had already been waiting 20 minutes or more. She claimed the man who came well after me had an appt. I asked to speak to a manager (Neil) who had no answers, looked at me like I was crazy, and accused me of lying that I wasn't waiting because he didn't see me waiting! Even a customer tried to tell him how long I had been waiting, which he ignored, and meanwhile, the pharmacy feeling and the girl with the heart-shaped glasses said nothing even though she knew exactly how long I was waiting because she was the one who ignored me for most of the time!! I mean, can you believe that! I have never encountered a more clueless manager and incredibly rude and inconsiderate pharmacist!!I know it's tough to find people these days, but come on, CVS, do better!! So, after being so upset, practically crying after this manager accused me of lying and served no resolution except to say he needed to get the pharmacist's story before he could do anything! Seriously! Again, I'm saying I'm lying about everything that I experienced! DON'T PATRONIZE THIS BUSINESS! They have no idea how to treat customers, and I will not wing all of my prescriptions from here! The only reason I gave this CVS a chance was because it's my insurance company's preferred pharmacy! I'd rather pay more! They are disorganized, can't keep up with their workload, and don't prioritize customers in the store, which is one of the first customer service rules!

The pharmacy Staff are always so kind. They call to confirm if your prescription has changed. Always converse. definitely recommend this cvs!

I have been going to this CVS regularly for four years, the last two of which I lived within walking distance of the store. During this time I have seen this location make great improvements in customer service and cleanliness, and have to strongly disagree with the negative reviews left by others from years past. (I should mention that I have never used the pharmacy, however, and so cannot comment on that.) I felt compelled to write this today due to the excellent help I received last night from one of the employees at this store. Amel took great care (and patience) to see that I was applying the correct coupons to my purchases. I feel that she went above and beyond what is required of a cashier and did so with a genuine smile. Thanks, Amel, for your great service!

Great location close to where I live , friendly ppl at the register and at the pharmacy. They do have drive through and they are close to global food and Cleanees and Verizon and subway and McDonald's and DQ. I always have good service and they have a lot of stuff new every month. Keep up the great service .Noor ?

After calling to confirm they had the drug for my prescription... after texting me that my prescription was filled, I arrived to find that they didn't have it. My options were to wait 24 hours for the medicine to arrive or pay out of pocket for a more expensive. Thankfully I was able to afford that, but seems like a nice little racket for CVS. I'll no longer be using CVS... at all
