The quality of both stock and attentiveness of staff has dropped over the past few years. Now it is poor quality store for a CVS. This store is always low on stock and the customer service of floor staff, with few exceptions, is lacking. There are better stores in the area.

I'd strongly recommend against having medication sent to this location. I had a horrible experience getting mine recently.I prescription I placed there before (3 refills over 3 months) was suddenly transferred to CVS Speciality. After speaking with them, I got my medication set to be delivered to this store.Medication was delivered, signed (by Sadaf), for around noon today. It was around 7pm I stopped by because I'd hadn't received notice. The person at the counter said they had no record of having received my medication, that it must have been transferred to another store and sent me on my way.I returned to speak with the pharmacist, who asked the manager to search the back room for the delivery. Nothing. I was again sent on my way.I followed up with CVS Speciality. I've now been on hold +15minutes with them as THEY try to contact this store to resolve things.Previously when I ordered medicine from this store, the medication took 2 hrs to fill. It has now been 10 days since the prescriptions was sent over to this store. To say I am dishearted would be an understatement. Especially given that I need to be on this medication.I will never repeat this is experience with thos store again..

Absolutely wonderful! Everything the team does is always a delight, they greet, they help with finding items, they provide solutions. Out of the many times I come here, they always have a smile on their face, and a positive attitude. They are the best at what they do.

I would advise not listening to the bad reviews unless for the pharmacy (I can’t confirm I’m just going based off of what others say). But the day workers are incredible and helpful and deserve more credit for their hard work. The shelves are always stocked and the store is very clean. Good job CVS! And I will see you next time

Very poor customer service - skip this CVS altogether if you can. I had the same experiences as many of the other reviewers regarding the pharmacy, namely that some staff were rude and others sat on prescriptions for several days before finally calling me about them to say the medicines were not available. And no CVS Staff member at this location takes responsibility for anything so there is zero accountability at the pharmacy. I’ve never experienced such poor customer service at a CVS pharmacy in Alexandria before, and I’ve been a customer for many years. One unhelpful pharmacist in particular at this location behaves quite arrogantly. She argues with and talks down to customers, which does not inspire trust or faith in her ability to be responsible in fulfilling her duties. Fortunately, there are many other good pharmacies in the area from which we can choose. I wouldn’t trust this place with a Tylenol.

Never have covid tests in stock. Always at least one photo kiosk broken. Always at least one self-checkout kiosk broken. Never willing to tell coupon hoarders to move aside, instead letting them waste everyone's time wrangling together a hundred expired coupons and arguing with them over it.

I needed last minute ladies undergarments. Was disappointed that a they were so expensive and did not have my size. Other than that, this store is always very clean and staff are friendly.

So bad it just doesnt make sense. The people that work here are not functional people. It took 15min to process one person through the checkout. Absolutely ridiculous and no management or they just do not care.

I walked in and was greeted right away by a super professional person working at the cash register. She helped me find what I needed and I was out in 5 minutes. Store was clean and the staff was friendly. Really impressed by this CVS.

Take your business elsewhere. Avoid at all costs - pharmacy workers are terrible.I was in line today to pick up my prescription. Pharmacy worker was finishing up with a customer in front of me. I was the only one left. He started rolling down the security screen - I asked "hey can I pick up my prescription?"He said "we close at 6". It was 6:04pm. I was shocked - he finished closing the screen and took off. Couldn't care less. Good thing the prescription wasn't critical.

I was assisted by Rodney at this CVS. He provides a really good customer service. He was outstanding helping me figure how to get my discounts. it shows he is really there with the customer

It is the worst pharmacy I have visited, the worst thing is that I recommended it to pick up my medications. I have spent more than a week trying to pick up my medicines and they are not ready yet. very bad.
