Absolute worst CVS pharmacy I have ever dealt with. Rude employees, the pharmacist especially, Miriam or whatever her name is. They do not notify of prescriptions not being ready, drugs not in inventory, do not listen to the customer. You cannot even speak to anyone at the pharmacy, there is no option for that. Instead you only can leave a voicemail and hope someone calls you back. The management really needs to look at all these reviews and take actions to correct

Customer service is nonexistent at this pharmacy. Mariam, the pharmacist, is rude, condescending, and lacks any customer service skills at all. The left hand definitely doesn't know what the right hand is doing at this pharmacy and when you ask questions as to why you were told one thing one day and a different thing the next day, the pharmacy staff gets rude with YOU - instead of apologizing like normal human beings. I'll be taking my business elsewhere - and suggest you do the same.

I like CVS, but had a major issue with prices on my last trip. I needed replacement heads for my Oral-B IO toothbrush. They had them, but $43 for a 2 pack. When I got home, I compared prices online and $36 for a 6 pack seems normal. What’s up CVS????

As you would expect from this pharmacy, it absolutely sucks. It’s like all of the big chain pharmacies. No one will answer the phone, they have the wrong information, and they do not care at all about the customer. Ironically, of course, somehow they still make money. If at all possible, please find a local pharmacy to do business with, these people are awful! Of course, they will not read this review, nor care. But I bet you do.

CVS on King St is a fine place to pick up stuff you need. It is so well run and managed on a street with a number of homeless and thieves. The staff is so nice and Rita is the best employee CVS has. She is awesome. She’ll help you out.

I was recently at the CVS pharmacy and my group of friends were treated rude by a staff member named Jennifer, who worked in front office. She was telling us to leave as soon as we got in because we look suspicious. I think that's incredibly rude especially in today's time, also while we are walking around, she said that she was watching us and I would like this to be taken care of thank you.

I don't know why a lot of these people work here when they clearly hate their jobs and hate interacting with people who are making basic requests. Trust me, I wouldn't be wasting your time if I had any other choice. I will do my absolute best to continue to find an alternative to taking up their precious energy by asking for a prescription from the pharmacy again!!!

Their store hours on maps and store hours posted on their window state they open at 7 AM on Sunday but they were closed. What a waste of time.
