CVS on King St in Alexandria is the best store and pharmacist I’ve ever been too . I come from Md. cause they care so much , they greet You and are so helpful and knowledgeable. Mariam and Rebecca are the pharmacist they are always hands on will help with anything and always have time for U even though they are so busy .Tiara and Daniel the pharmacist techs they work very hard helping the pharmacist, at the register and answering questions . I love this CVS even the front of the store Rosa and Zelda are great and greet You with a big hello when coming into the store .

The CVS on King Street in old town. Alexandria is always very clean and the team members are very helpful when trying to locate an item on the shelves. I did not encounter any long lines on this visit or any prior visit. I visit this location often. Although I had no need for the pharmacy, I did note that there was only one person being helped and there was no line so would be a very convenient place to fill a prescription.

The Pharmacist Mariam is prob the rudest person ever. Always short and disrespectful and makes it difficult to get my medicine at times. Seems like they need to address this problem since I’m not the only one here that feels the same. I really don’t want to have to switch pharmacies.

Worst pharmacy. I tried to switch from another CVS location to this one when I moved and this place is just terrible. Either they never pick up the phone or they just disconnect you. They also randomly filled a prescription I didn't request so now I get texts and calls from them reminding me it's time for a refill multiple times a week. Absolutely recommend avoiding this place at all costs.

Pharmacist is extremely rude. Her Name is Mariam of Maryan. I called to get information about a medication and she confused me for another customer and told me “didn’t you just call we told you we don’t have your medication” with the most disrespectful tone I have ever heard from a pharmacist. That was the first and last time I’m calling that location. CVS should really do something about her because this is unacceptable. We are locals of the Alexandria area and we won’t tolerate such behavior in our community. CVS needs to handle these complaints or we will talk to the appropriate authorities to get this under control.

It's not a 24 hour store because automatic doors didn't opened and I didn't see any customers or any other movement inside store upon arrival. It was around 12:05am midnight when I'd arrived.

Although web says 24hrs, as people have been pointing out for over a year now it is not. Signs on the door say 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. I arrived this morning at 7:20 a.m. and waited until after 7:30 and it was not open. So not sure what the hours actually are.

Mariam is one of the most hostile, unprofessional pharmacists I have ever encountered. The CVS is not doing themselves a favor by keeping her on staff.

Not helpful at all. The pharmacy was closed for lunch, and I wouldnt have an issue with this except my prescription still wasn't ready despite telling me it would be after they opened from lunch so I waited for nothing

Shopping at this CVS was an enjoyable experience. It's spacious with all the usual CVS goods well stocked on the shelves. The self-check out line flowed smoothly and I even got $10 off at the end. The staff were very friendly and helpful!

The pharmacy seems to have weird hours, very small and crowded in the aisles. Lovely homeless man outside that harasses you constantly.

Do not go to this pharmacy. Slow, and they don’t care at all. Waste of your time. Pharmacist is extremely rude. Find another pharmacy.
