The pharmacist does now know what she’s doing and was confused. I arrived at 12:50 to pick up a prescription. They said it would take 15-20 mins and when I came back at 1:10 it still wasn’t ready. They then sent me a text at 1:27 saying it was finally ready and when I got there at 1:32 of course they were closed for lunch (1:30-2:00) which caused another 30 minute delay.

CVS has had a lot of changes in service levels. I just wanted to point out the pharmacy department for going above and beyond their required duties to help me figure out insurance coverage. I had tried to contact the company and issuing party without resolving the problem. This CVS helped me. Thank you! Hire more staff back there!

I don’t know whose idea it was to build this CVS right here but this is a poor location. Should have been something else or a 7Eleven… It is such a bad spot. No Parking!!!!! So you have to park in Whole Foods or distance street parking. The pharmacy team, poor customer service and availability. Some stuff will hound you down as you walk in like you are a thief or attempting to pull a GTA 5 heist… smh. Other than the weirdness they have quick things you may need if you are local, but otherwise like mentions before. Support other shop. This one is not it.

This CVS is functionally inaccessible for anyone attempting to drive here. There is no free parking nearby, and very limited paid parking. Save yourself the headache and support a different franchise.

They are really good at reminding you that you are a waste of time and space! Please remember to roll over and give up before getting a prescription here. They’re way too busy for you and your medical problems and you’re a huge inconvenience for being here. Do NOT ask questions, especially! That’s the worst way to treat a pharmacist.

The actual pharmacy is so terrible! I'm a healthcare worker and couldn't get off work until late. I got there at 7:01 and asked if I could please pick up my prescription and the pharmacist (Asian lady) shook her head no as the cashier was trying to help. Just no consideration for people at all. Shame on your pharmacist whoever you are. I hope a family member of yours never needs a prescription filled or healthcare from a health worker as they are changing shifts. I hope no one tells you or a loved one as you're right there in front of them "sorry can't help you." Just so disappointed in this pharmacist.

This CVS was close to my hotel and I needed a script called in. Waited an hour then tried calling three times to verify script was received and ask when it would ready. I went through all the prompts and was on hold only to be disconnected when someone picked up. When I finally did get through, I was told it would be ready in an hour. Went over an hour later, and they closed the pharmacy for a half hour lunch as I walked up to the counter. Would have been nice if they had mentioned they closed for lunch when I spoke with them earlier. When they did reopen, my script still wasn't ready, so I waited again.

Have had to go to the pharmacy after hours several times due to toddler emergencies. Have received prompt service. Very much appreciated!!!
