I’ve been shopping and pharmacy-ing at this CVS since 2010. I’ve had zero problems - always clean, folks are nice, and perfect record for the pharmacy, which we use often.

Not sure what the bad reviews are all about. I’ve been coming here for five years and the only thing I can complain about is lack of cell reception.
My prescriptions always come on time, no issues with pickup. Vaccines are always seamless. Flu shots are a breeze. No complaints.

I got exceptional and prompt service trying to upload and print a photo with new borders. I was assisted by a.cvs associate who was extremely helpful and patient in trying to get the best photo. She went out of her way to help, and I would not have been able to get such a good product without her help

Too bad a one star is the lowest rating I can give.
I am in line (before 1:30 by the way) grabbing tamiflu for my 6 year old daughter, likely contagious myself in a store full of people. As I’m next in line, an employee who speaks poor english just points to the clock and walks away. They shut the gate. I guess I’ll just hang out for 30 minutes with my daughter and try to not infect anyone?
I hope this place finds some ounce of empathy for people coming into the store as many are often sick…it’s clearly not there today. Do better

Today around 4:30pm I have visited the place and the lady at the register was very helpful to me and I enjoyed talking to her a lot! Also Saurav was very helpful. Nice staff, clean place and everything was nicely arranged and easy to find.

Excellent customer service from the pharmacist Jin, very informative about the vaccines that was given to my husband today. Very upbeat personality. The store was very clean.

I have finally had it with this pharmacy and perhaps all CVS pharmacies. I took in 2 basic rx's. The guy took my rx's and was typing, I kid you not, for 6 minutes. I finally said "excuse me, are these meds not in stock?" He said "I don't know. I am still typing it in." What? He then said "We can't fill this tonight as it's too late." So I said "OK, I will come in tomorrow." He said ok. I started to walk away but decided I should check given the CVS crazy logic. I turned back and said "are these meds in stock?" He didn't even check the computer and said "No". I was super frustrated at this point so he checked other CVS pharmacies. He wrote down the address of a 24 CVS nearby. But of course it was CLOSED. This whole adventure took 2 hours of running around.
CVS actually scares me!! Pharmacy work is all about details and it feels like they hire poets and artists instead of professional pharmacists. I would like to see their professional credentials. And I am not benchmarking them against some unreasonable standard. I am just comparing with other pharmacies in my area.
It feels chaotic and disorganized. I am sure CVS doesn't pay well and treats employees like crap.

Hey so I have been a patient and customer at this pharmacy for over TEN years. I also use this pharmacy to fill a lot of my patients’ prescriptions because our office is local to the area. I’m here to say, this pharmacy and also the store are just fine. This is probably one of the busiest CVS’s in the area. Sure they have their ups and downs, but for the most part, they have been consistently good. Every place is understaffed right now, so I think it’s amazing that they have regular staff who have been there a long time.
Seriously I have no idea why people feel the need to write these poor reviews. You guys are great. All of the staff, GM and pharm techs have been there a LONG time. A lot of the staff are clearly proud of their store.

The staff member was very helpful finding me 2 bottles of the CVS brand vitamin C gummies that were on sale-buy 1 get 1 free.

I came at 7:00 and the pharmacist refused to fill my prescription even though they were open till nine because she was “trying to clean up and leave early”

Truly one of the worst pharmacies I’ve ever had the displeasure of working with. Literally worse than the New Orleans cvs that used to get robbed every week. Can’t fill prescriptions. Can’t contact doctors. Can’t contact patients. Can’t answer questions. Absurd.

The front door was locked and there was a sign that noted that the store was closed due to electrical issues. I needed to pick up my medication so I repeatedly called to see if the pharmacy would be reopening later in the day. No one ever answered the phone, but eventually the store reopened. The pharmacy was fast and efficient in dispensing my medication. This was one of the best CVS locations that I have visited in recent memory. The location was well lit, very well stocked, clean, and organized. I wish I noted his name, but I received great customer service from a young man with dreds. I had an armful of items and he went out of his way to get me a shopping cart. He was very knowledgeable about the store stock and I was able to locate several items with his assistance. I was annoyed by this loud sound that kept going off whenever I walked near the shelves. The sound really hurt my ears, but I understand that this is likely a theft deterrent measure. All in all I would recommend this location and I will return.
