I ordered this board print for my son's first birthday. When I picked it up and got home, I noticed that it was not a board print, and it was instead a poster print, which would not work for the easle I had purchased for this to stand on. I had my husband go back to the store to have them re-print on a board print and after a challenging conversation (they didn't seem to speak english well) the conclusion was that they did not have any board to print on. My husband then asked if they could send it to another CVS so it could be printed in time for his 1st birthday. They said they could not do that. He then asked for a simple refund of it, to which they also said they could not do.
I find this very hard to believe that they could not send it to anoter CVS or at least refund us. It ended up wasting so much of our time having to go back to the store and we never ended up getting the board print for his 1st birthday party.

I would give them 1-star but they always have the prescription I need, which the pharmacy a lot closer to me is always out of it.
The pharmacists act like they don’t want to help or be there at all. My one morning off work I drove the 25 minutes there to pick up my prescription. They tell me it’s not filled just because they had ONE simple question they had to ask me. Then said it’ll take an hour to fill it. Why not fill it THEN ask me the question when I got there? I didn’t have the hour to wait, so I’ll have to find some time throughout my busy week to drive 25 minutes there, and 25 back just to pick it up. 😑

this store is racist and disappointing. they never have anything in stock, and the employees are rude for no reason. do not come here! unless you want to be stared down as you walk throughout the store because of their racist staff. if i could give 0 stars i would.

This CVS is located in a strip mall and carries the usual selection of products you’d expect, with prices and promotions in line with other CVS locations. However, the store felt cluttered and disorganized. The coolers looked mismatched, almost as if they were collected from different garage sales, which added to the overall disheveled appearance. The pharmacy didn’t seem very functional—several people were just standing around, and it didn’t look like much was getting done. While they do offer self-checkout, which is convenient, it also helps you avoid interacting with the less-than-helpful staff. Overall, not the most pleasant CVS experience.

DO NOT GO TO THIS CVS. The staff is horrible and their service is by far the worst. They’re always out of stock and especially the Ethiopian lady cashier is just the worst. Will make you sign up for CVS card(one that charges $5) & won’t disclose. Greedy people. Overpriced items.

Many meds are on back order, leaving clients to travel far to just get our meds. Cvs has no system that customers can use to search the availability of meds and stores can only search within a 20 miles radius of their store. So customers have to play with Google and call around for hours. I called this location which was the 8th store I've called Today and this location is 45 mins from my home ...a lady answers says yeah it black order we don't have it. I asked if she could see if any local cvs had the med in stock. Without even bothering to look she said " none of us have it ".Who allowed this ghetto McDonald's drive thru sounding lady to work at this cvs ? Terrible service!!!

It’s 1:59pm and no one is opening these blinds or starting any computers or conversations. These Covid 19 hours still in affect 2024 are extremely inconvenient, closing by 7pm (come on guys, I have two jobs! Work with us!) and your lunch hours too 1:30pm to 2pm, why can’t they be 12 to 1pm! I’m waiting to get my child medication only to wait more time because they have not been filled. His dermatologist send the prescriptions yesterday. Do better CVS on Kenmore avenue.

The screenshot is of my current phone call to this CVS pharmacy who hasn't answered my call in an hour and a half of hold time. This happens every single time I've had to call. I didn't know pharmacists could just choose what work they want to do and what work they will just completely pretend they don't have to do. Zero stars and you should feel ashamed.

Every time I need to pick up a medicine from this CVS I encountered trouble. The pharmacist either says we did not receive the fax from your provider or the fax takes two days to arrive. I will definitely change away from this pharmacy.
