The spanish lady that was running the front end was very rude. I waited about 10 minutes for assistance with an item locked away. When she finally arrived, she had attitude. I greeted her with a friendly hello and I got a groan in return. I thanked her for her help, even though she wasn’t respectful and she just walks away without speaking…

I've grown to like this CVS. It seemed a bit wild at first, but the staff know their jobs and are patient and helpful. I had good experiences with the pharmacy: the pharmacist gave me generous advice regarding a minor medical issue (a smashed finger) when I was between health insurances. Truly helpful and intelligent. It healed well, as I decided to go with his guess, based on his experience, that it was probably not broken. I protected it well but skipped the x-rays. It's fine now.
Another pharmacist there, female, also gave me helpful advice about some vitamin supplements.
So I think this CVS provides good service to its community, even if it seems slightly understocked at times.

Patients with serious medical condition be aware. Today, my palliative doctor sent a routine 10 mg oxycodone to this pharmacy. The prescription was for 4 to 6 hrs as needed, 90 pills. The previous prescription was filled by this cvs on 29 May. It means that 90 pills will last me till 12 June, if I would take 6 pills per day. A pharmacist called me and announced to me that she, Eugene feels that i am taking too much of oxycodone, and she will fill out this medication on 26 June, two weeks after it is eligible for refill. I walked her through a simple math: a pill each 4 hrs that would be 6 a day, and will last me only to 12 June. Eugene clearly did not have math in her country, and keep repeating to me that I take to much oxycodone, and Virginia does not allow to take that much. I asked if she managed with her great wisdom call my insurance and verify if they will refill, she said , no, because she knows. I called corporate CVS and filed a complaint. Meanwhile I don't have the medication because incompetent and arrogant cvs employee does not know how to count. Sad. I am taking my prescription to another pharmacy.

Came here to get something printed and I was asked to come back the following day. This is the 3rd CVS store I went to for printing and the 3rd store who had a problem. Insane waste of my time and absolute false advertisement at this point.

I normally don't do reviews ever, but my review career starts now. Because the amount of LYING this location does is unacceptable. I have a double amputee mother that suffers from chronic pain constantly, ranging from phantom pain, migraines, arthritis and other things hitting her at the same time. Her pain is so severe she needs strong pain drugs like oxycodone. Mind you, I understand the liability aspect of handing this drug out, but a doctor prescribes oxycodone to her every two months for pain management. If the doctor feels it's fine then give us the medicine. They literally LIE about having it and then when we push harder they admit to having it. Every time I pickup my mom's medicine they play games. The only reason I continue to use their pharmacy is because I live down the street. A worker told my mom over the phone that her doctor forgot to list what the pills were for and then moved the goalpost to something else. No wonder this craphole got nothing but bad reviews

Crissell I guess that’s her name Hispanic morning manager who wears glasses. she’s extremely rude and nasty, on May 1st in the morning we walked in to get some cold medicine there’s white lady paying her items at the self checkout no CVS staffs were around her as soon as we start ringing out out items there goes Crissell 🤦🏽♀️ behind us watch us every moment. I found it very unprofessional and not acceptable at all. I see why this place has so many bad reviews .it used to be decent place until now.

I had a very disappointing experience at this CVS location. The cashier working the morning shift on Saturday, May 17, was extremely rude and unprofessional—the worst I’ve encountered. She was unhelpful, dismissive, and showed a clear lack of customer service. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time I’ve witnessed this behavior from her. On several occasions, I’ve seen her treat multiple customers with the same negative attitude. Initially, I assumed she might just be having a rough day, but it’s become clear that this is a recurring issue. Is CVS aware of how she treats customers, or is this behavior being overlooked?

Horrible service by the masked woman at the front. Would not do a refund unless a manager was present. Went to another CVS and they processed in minutes. GO ELSEWHERE

I went to pickup my son medication through drive thru and the pharmacist Ariel gave me my son’s medication. She knew he was in the back seat and she called him by his name and wished him. Speedy recovery. She also went above and beyond to get me over the counter med for my son ! I really appreciate her hard work and dedication towards her patients. She also gave me instructions how I should use the med ! I am really impressed how professional she is ! She really made my day .

The store can be very lackluster but today a Lady named Shada helped me. Very lovely lady. Very caring and helped me get the things I needed and helped me save with coupons. I’ll always look for her when coming to this cvs.

They won't even pick up their pharmacy phone, they either hang up or just take you off of hold and keep you on the line without speaking to you. Incredibly unprofessional. More evidence of just how far CVS has fallen as a company. Terrible.
