My favorite CVS. I get what I need here and I use my own bags. Yes, the pharmacy itself is not great, but that's because there's usually a line with a tenuous wait. People go to extremes to use one star to describe one experience.

The pharmacy staff at this place are great, but they seem inundated with pharmacy customers from other locations and are too busy from foot traffic to answer the phone. I'm not sure if this is every Sunday, but CVS should hire more staff or keep the pharmacy open later at other locations to alleviate this situation. That being said, I hope the pharmacy people here are paid really well because it doesn't appear they get a moment of downtime.

Horrible.. I have been on hold for 42 min to be exact waiting to see if my grandmother's medicine is ready for pick up. Every time I just go it's never ready. I decided to call and still on hold. The staff are very nice but very slow. Not sure what happened to this CVS in the last 5 years but something needs to change. Why have a number to call of NO one is going to answer. We have lost our way with Customer Service in this USA.. so very sad

I was at the pharmacy to pick up my daughter’s prescription. After emergency discharge. My 3 year old have emergency to use the bathroom. I ask one off the employe if she can use the restroom. she told me the bathroom wasn’t working. At the time who claim’s to be the manager was very unprofessional and rude. The store manager admit the bathroom was working. They told me they don’t allow customer to use it. I ask who was the store manager her respond was me do you got a problem. I didn’t respond to her at all. I was shocked With her action.i think she expected me to go back and forth with her. No,I don’t have time for that. I work customer service never respond to my customer like you respond to me. It’s Unfortunate for a store manager to refuse a three years old to use a restroom. I hope the store manager will treat her customer with dignity. Business with out customer satisfaction is failure.

Person refused to return at the CVS location and said to go to the original CVS store to return 2 items with a receipt. Person said I could talk to manger than switched story and said the manager would only be available 2 days later in the morning. Made up own policy that went against written return policy.

Had an appt today at 8:30 am for a vaccine. Rushed to get there. When I arrive the system is down and can't get the shot. Waited 20 minutes and the system is still down. Finally left. Total waste of my time and no one cared.

Just as everyone else has stated in their reviews, the pharmacy never answers their phone. I went today to pick up my prescription and had one other item. The woman at the register wanted me to take it to the front register??? Are you kidding me!!! I told her I just stood in line for 15 minutes what makes you think I want to go stand in other line for who knows how long. If you are under staffed why is that my problem? Terrible customer service at back and front.

This pharmacy never answers the phone. They consistently put my prescriptions on hold with zero explanation and then don’t answer the phone so I can clarify anything with them. They don’t contact you and don’t care. This has to be the worst CVS location I’ve ever been to.

Zero stars is more like it. Have been calling for days trying to speak to anyone in the pharmacy. No luck at all. Have a prescription that was called into the pharmacy - but is listed as "on hold - call your pharmacy for options" in their online system. Not much good if I can't get the prescription filled, and I can't speak to anyone to find out why. Called my doctor's office - they're puzzled as this is a very common prescription. Tried stopping by the store to talk to the pharmacy in person, they literally pulled down the security fence when I walked up - apparently they take a break each day at 1:30 and I had the misfortune to get there right then. So much for their purported 24hour service. Seriously - CVS do better.

They don’t answer the phone. I have been calling for 2 days and cannot reach anyone. I have tried the store and the pharmacy and have yet to get through. The phone rang for 20 minutes and was never answered. I was only hearing music on hold or various recordings about CVS.

This is hands-down the worst CVS in history. I’ve spent hours trying to just talk to someone on the phone at the pharmacy. The staff are clearly overworked and hate their jobs. And the store is dirty and gross. I only come here when I have no other choice.

Slowest and most incompetent pharmacy I’ve ever been to. Also the drive through is a joke- they always have it closed or take 15 mins to assist.
