Stay away from this pharmacy. I transferred my prescription from another CVS to this one because this one was closer and that was a huge mistake. I asked for a refill last week and I still have not received it. I keep getting told it will be here after '3pm today' but every day goes by and I get the same response. In addition, if you try to message them and they call you back, they won't leave a voicemail. They purposely stay on the line and say nothing, I guess so they can show that they called someone back. So unhelpful and I am really disappointed that I have to move my prescriptions again. This place is not worth the headache and should not be allowed to remain open.

Poor customer service. Poor phone manners. Certain people here won’t be bothered with trying to help customers. Instead they just hang up on them. This review should be a warning to you! It’s hit or miss on if they will treat you well depending on who is working.

I have been going to this pharmacy for 20 years and have never had a positive experience with the pharmacists that work here (Mimi and Emmanuel). Several years ago, they gave me the wrong medication for a different patient (huge breach of patient privacy & dangerous if I had trusted them and taken the medication). Yesterday, I needed a medication urgently (my doctor said I needed to start immediately). The prescription was sent to a Wegman's pharmacy across the street that did not have it in stock. The Wegman's told me they would transfer the prescription immediately, given the urgency of the situation. I went to this CVS and Mimi told me she had the medication in stock, but since she was going to close in 40 minutes, she could not fill the prescription until the next day. I even explained the urgency, and she still was not willing to help. I had to go to several other pharmacies before I was able to get my medication 2 hours later. This behavior is typical for this pharmacy and completely unacceptable. I cannot believe that they continue to get away with a complete lack of care for patients and in some cases contributing to active harm to patient health. The staff is consistently rude, disrespectful, and do not perform their job duties with care.

Given the automated retail experience that is quickly becoming the norm, I really appreciated the customer service extended at this location. I was greeted upon entering the store and quickly directed to the aisle and location of the product I was looking for. When I reached the checkout and had an issue with the ExtraCare savings/coupon, the clerk was extremely helpful and assisted with getting the coupon applied and the transaction completed.

Pharmacy is inefficient in all areas of care. Phones are not answered, prescriptions have been filled inaccurately, and pharmacists are not responsive to questions. I only go here when absolutely necessary as it is closest to my home.

The people behind the pharmacy counter always make me feel as though I'm bothering them! Tried to get a consultation from the pharmacist the other day, and he stood there holding the phone up near his face. Clearly in a hurry to move me along. I'll be going across the street to the Wegman's pharmacy from now on.

CVS in Landsdowne is clean and the workers are friendly and efficient. Everything I needed was exactly where the worker said it would be and it was stocked. So easy and thank you.

I had a small dental emergency. A filling broke off and exposed the nerve. I arrived at this CVS 10 minutes before closing and the doors were already locked. I called, could hear the phone ringing, meanwhile I can see someone in the back of the store. 11 pm means the doors close at 11. Unprofessional and unsatisfactory.

I understand why they get such low ratings. I called the Pharmacy and asked if they had an exact medicine in stock at thier store and they said yes. When I showed up, not only did they not have it, they then tried to gas light me into saying I asked for the generic for my 2year old. Terrible, dont trust the pharmacy.

This CVS is nice but the pharmacy is horribly run. The workers have consistently not ran prescriptions through insurance but have had no answer as to why prescription fees are so high until an insurance company calls them to confirm. They’re nearly impossible to reach via phone - im sure they’ve picked up the phone and hung up. I’ve been on hold with them for over 30 minutes and the pharmacy lines are always so long. Workers do not seem interested in assisting you if they have to do anything more than swipe your credit card.
