Do not recommend the cvs in Belle Haven shopping center in Alexandria Virginia. Worth the drive to Walmart down the road or another cvs. Poor costumer service and management when it comes to returns and bonus coupons.

Ok because it is in a shopping plaza with other stores. Pharmacy is crowded most of the time.
Never enough staff for help or at the counter for checkout or assistant with self checkout.
I do not buy make-up at CVS so cvs coupons for make-up or food is irrelevant to me. Im more for the pharmacy.
CVS prices are overrated.

I've tried every way possible to contact my CVS store. Not the pharmacy! They list no phone number for the store. All they list is the pharmacy number. This is just their way to avoid customers from receiving assistance. I have finally had all I can take with CVS. Their customer service has been deteriorating steadily over the years. I am switching to a more customer friendly drug store!

Abel was amazing, very helpful and greeted all customers. I'm usually really against the self check out because it's so impersonalable but Abel took that opportunity to really engage with everyone.

Worse CVS ever. I returned a lipstick to this location because it was the wrong color and they gave me a hard time accusing me of using coupons I received with my purchase which I haven't used because they were for products I don't use. I showed them the expired coupons and said this will be the last time I get a refund. They should have a better rewards system and not treat their customers like they are criminals.

Placed an order to have two 8x8 canvas printed. Went in to pick them up after receiving an email saying they’re ready and they were not. Called the manager and she basically did not care. After some discussion, she offered to print them for free. All good, right? Not! Had to resubmit the order and came back to pick them up after receiving another email saying they are ready and they were not. Came back the third time in as many days, after receiving yet another email saying they are ready and still not. Now waiting in the parking lot for them to print out. This place is so managed unprofessional!!!! Recommend staying away and go to another location. Sad I have to post this!!!!

I can’t remember the young man that worked this morning 7/2/2024 that helped me with reactivating my extra care pass. He was very professional and sweet!

If you want excellent service, and a team that cares about its customers, visit CVS at 8628 Richmond Hwy, Engleside St., Alex, VA 22309. From the pharmacists to the pharmacy, checkout and floor staff, all are caring and helpful.

Tianna stated that she can only lift 5lb items and nothing more. Not sure why she is working here. I was dropping off packages for ups as this is a drop off location. Extremely rude employee and maybe look into hiring someone who can lift more than 5lbs as there are items in the store that are heavier I'm sure or not accept packages at this location.

The bags at the self service checkout were too small for my large items. An employee noticed this and brought me a larger bag.
