Great stay at Days Inn. Reservation desk was so supportive to extend our stay for few hours. Rooms were good. Excellent wifi connection. Location is close to Metro. Work required at breakfast table. More variety please.

I honestly would give them 0 stars if I could. First, was in one room then they moved me to another one because the light in the bathroom blew. The carpet was disgusting. Then the next room was hardwood flooring but the sink was linking and my 2 year old got under the sink…because it’s not in the bathroom and played in the dirty water linking. Then I left early which they did give my money back on that part but then I left my robe and the housekeeping kept it and I went back immediately after and couldn’t check the room out for it smh I’ll never stay here again. Then by the pool, they have people I take it that live there and they stole my sons ball when it went off the balcony. Smh worst ever experienceRooms: DisgustingSafety: People dealing drugs live here

Various bugs inside the room ( the ones in the pictures appeared dead but we saw at least three live ones). We were offered a different room, and appreciate this, but the second room showed signs of bugs too (these dead ones in the pictures). We decided to check out and book a room at a different hotel.

I wish I had known how bad this place was before choosing to stay there, its in a VERY bad neighborhood, I saw dealers outside our door, our bathroom had a Cck Ring on it, as if someone left it for whoever chooses to stay next BARF! the A/C was terrible when it worked. then I get up the first morning to go make breakfast for myself and my family, and some guy with a group of other people with him, shouts at me to make him pancakes, I was nervous because he looked mentally ill, so I gave him 3 pancakes, but I forgot to give him syrup, so he shouts out that "people like him(ME) are just racist!, bigots! they(ME) look down on us(THEM), don't even give me syrup!" the others say "yep yep mhmm" he then comes back up to me and says "I need some DAMN SYRUP!" by this time I was scared something was about to happen, so I quickly gave him a small cup of syrup and ran off, I then went back to our room and told my husband what had happened, my husband then wanted to go make our breakfast every day after that, because he's not white and said if they try calling him racist he'll get in their face (I told him its not a good idea) thankfully nothing happened to him the next few days, but I couldn't even go serve myself breakfast, I had to ask my husband to do it for me, same for my cousin who was with us, kind of annoying being locked up in your room and only leaving to go quickly to your car, to then go see the attractions, I wish someone had wrote a good long detailed description like this so I'd saw it before, and someone who doesn't come off as having a right wing or bias agenda, I do not have one, I just didn't like being intimidated to serving someone breakfast, then being yelled at and called a racist, or told I look down on others, also I hated that my husband had to go make breakfast every single day for me and my cousin because we had to stay hold up in our room. take my advice look for another placeBut 1 Positive Note, the housekeepers are amazing, sweet, kind and way to professional to work at that hotel, they were the only pleasant experience we had at that hotel, they went out of their way to help us if we needed anything, and I am thankful for thatRooms: Pretty rough rooms, need a lot of attention, the Air Conditioner in our first room didn't work so they had to switch us and the second room had an A/C that made loud noises all night, but it at least workedNearby activities: You have to drive to any activitiesSafety: you will be putting your safety at risk at that hotelWalkability: You could walk there, but you might not survive the peopleFood & drinks: I think there were some restaurants close byNoteworthy details: Its SCARY

The exterior is a bit worn but the room was very nice, the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was really good with waffles, pancakes, cereal, muffins, juice and coffee. I highly recommend this hotel.

Fairly convenient to get to Regan via cab. Airline got us a room here due to delayed flight. Check-in took a very long time even though no one else was checking in then. Room was very basic. Shower was fine. Door to connecting room didn't close all the way so felt very unsafe. There was some loud screaming coming from a room near lobby. Beds were very firm. Drinks in vending machine viewing window had exploded and were covered in bugs. Slept for a couple hours, showered and left. Will never return even as a last resort.

Not a good experience, my mother, I paid for her and myself to stay at this days inn and there was some confusion about the credit card charge. It had said it got it went through, and my mother was not unable to was not easily able to verify, if the charge has gone through but yet the Front office, Benjamin, the manager, and an Indian man said they had to run it a second time because it went through for zero dollars. Also when I asked about if there was a pool they said no the pool is not in service And what I asked Wai he said that they had to get something fixed. When I asked how long they were waiting to get it fixed, he said since 2019 I was quite surprised! And he then said well they were trying, but they were unable to Get the necessary repairs done. And I said for four years? You are unable to repair it?It just seemed that they didn’t care. When we asked about the menu of the breakfast, Benjamin agreed there was no protein on the breakfast menu, no eggs , no meat, no yogurt, all carbohydrates. The room is nondescript. It’s clean and the bed is comfortable. The decor is outdated. There’s a lot of street noise, and in the early hours of the morning, 1:30 AM there was quite a bit of talking outside presumably from the parking lot. There was also some confusion about the Wyndham points, they were only attributable to one of the two rooms.

The worst hotel experience of my life. American Airlines put us up here (after much argument). It's now 1am. We walk into holding area so that the front desk can buzz us in. Security note= not a safe area. All rooms are motel style, so any nefarious person could easily knock down our door (but not get into the lobby). The decor is 50 years old. No outlets for charging. My husband moves a side table to get access to an outlet. Minutes later, he says, "Annie, you're not going to like this". I turn around to find him whacking a large cockrosch with his shoe. The size of my thumb. I literally had nightmares the following night. Don't stay here.Rooms: Disgusting.Safety: All rooms are outside facing. Anyone could approach these doors from the street. Not safe.

The staff were fantastic and the room was clean and comfortable. My only grip I have is that the stairwell stinks of urine. Thin walls too. M~Noteworthy details: The stairwell stinks of urine. M~

This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. I wouldn't even call it a hotel. It's more like a motel and I've never experienced what I experienced at this Days Inn anywhere else. The location is the only thing that was acceptable to me because it was close to everything I needed like food, shopping, and sightseeing. Other than that there's no way I would've stayed here had I known the place was nothing like the pictures. The entire property needs to be demolished and rebuilt from scratch. I would not recommend this place to my enemies. I didn't even want to take pictures it was so bad. I was so disappointed because I went there as my birthday gift to have a quiet and peaceful day away from my family. I would've been better to have stayed home because I would have been in a clean, safe environment at home. And the front desk kept calling me about leaking water, which was not coming from that room that I was in, and other nitpicky things that was irritating and disturbing my quiet time.

The bathroom ceiling is low in the shower head is lower. If your 6ft I do not recommend. They could have a little bit more breakfast options. The TV is old old flat screen. The beds are comfortableFood & drinks: You got a bunch of restaurants at up the street less than a half a mile

First off, the staff was not very nice at all. Traveled to DC with my husband, mom and step dad and we got in around 9pm. The two guys at the desk acted almost annoyed we were there. We were given 2 third floor rooms. The elevator was and is still broken and my step dad is on disability and walks with a cane, he asked if there was anything on the first floor and the older guy just kinda smirked and said “no sir”. There were no apologies, no trying anything to accommodate us. The next day we asked where the closest metro station was, the younger guy told my mom to look it up. They also only give you one room key per room. I’ve never been to a hotel/motel that doesn’t give two keys if two people are staying in it. My mom called down for more pillows, waited an hour, called back and the guy gaslit her and said she told them a room on the 2nd floor. She definitely knew what floor we were on because we walked up 3 flights of stairs every day to get to them.Second, the room. It was like traveling back in time to the 70s. That honestly isn’t that bad. It’s a cheap motel, I’m not expecting the grand Budapest. But, the beds are comfortable. And it did the job. Be careful if you are using the fridge, it froze one of our soda cans. We got lucky it didn’t freeze my husbands insulin so be wary of that. The toilets are low flow, it’s gonna take a couple of flushes to make basically anything go down. The water temperature had a mind of its own. It’s just, why be open to the public if you’re going to cut corners like that. If you need to find a cheap place to stay for a night or maybe two it’s fine.

The staff is very nice, but the entire hotel needs a LOT of rehab... caulk is not always the answer. Broken bathroom door, doorknob, etc. I guess someone really needed to get into that bathroom ? No DVD players, and sadly, terrrrrrible cable.......

The room is comfortable. The Front Desk staff has been very attentive and kind. The exterior of the building needs refreshing. Also, some of the outlets will not work in charging your phone. Good value for the money.
