Disgusting! I went in to get cleaning supplies and saw a mouse run across the floor! I mentioned it to an employee and his response was “I don’t know” with a shoulder shrug. So I said, maybe he didn’t understand what I was saying because he was listening to his headphones. So when I went to the register inlet the cashier know. There was another employee nearby (maybe a manager) that was also listening to me and I said “there’s a mouse back there, just so you guys know” the other employee literally ignored me and the cashier said “I mean, there’s a lot of them. All of the stores have them”. Here’s the thing, I know they are not gonna run back there and catch it just to satisfy me in that moment. But, the response is very telling. This store is disgusting, the employees know it, and no one cares. They sell food and snacks here, they should be more concerned. I’m good on this store. I’ll will drive to anywhere to get to a dollar tree, it will most definitely not be this one.

This is one of the dirtiest, empty shelved Dollar Tree stores I've visited in a while. There is one on Richmond Highway that is similar. This one wreaks of the manager/owner not giving a crap. I'd never return. Do better!

It was horrible in there very dirty. They had no products. Nobody working on the registers except for one person nobody stocking up the place I will not go there again.

Went to this dollar tree specifically for balloons. No helium. There are items more than $1.

I can feel the depression in this place. 1-2 employees inside, weird smell, leaking coolers, inventory low. Looks like the tariffs hit hard.

It was a woman who was name was Tresa that help me she knew where stuff was and it was super crowded and she cleared the line in no time thanks Tresa. Great need more people like great customer service

We went there in winter and the shelves were so dirty and empty. I said they might be cleaning or closing something but when I went there again after a few months still the same very dirty, cashiers don’t know how to communicate, no new collection. It was the worst Dollar Tree I’ve seen in America.👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

It was like there was a hurricane then this place was looted and abandoned. DO NOT COME HERE. So grimy messy and there is no merchandise on the shelves

As we entered the Dollar Tree, the sight of scattered items and an overall disheveled appearance immediately caught our attention, signaling a lack of cleanliness and organization. It was evident that many shelves were empty or poorly stocked, with unpacked boxes strewn across the aisles. The presence of unopened inventory left unattended only added to the chaotic atmosphere. The frustration peaked when we encountered a lengthy queue at the sole open register, and even upon the opening of a second register, the line remained persistently long. This experience highlighted significant issues with store maintenance, stocking procedures, and customer service efficiency, ultimately detracting from the overall shopping experience.

This dollar tree is a rundown abandon whole in the wall nothing on the shelves dirty sticky floors shelves hanging look like it's closing any second trap house of a once was Doller Tree you'd be lucky to get some glue from here they have nothing 0 sadly it's rundown no Once you walk in it's like what the??? Look like the end of days hot and that's was reminding so true CLOSE THE STORE DOWN ALREADY OR RENOVATE ALREADY ?
