My first visit was this week. Simply - outstanding service. Expertly diagnosed my vehicle and repaired within a day. No trial and error! Nothing but precision! Before any work - calls to explain what is wrong, how to fix it and the cost. Speaking of cost - very reasonable. Result - he has a new and loyal customer! Many thanks to the Don Allen Team.

Had an AC refrigerant emergency, they booked me the next day first thing in the morning when they opened . I was in and out in 45min. Very communicative and they solved my issue! What else could you ask for!

Don Allen is the best. We've brought our older Volvo in several times with various issues and they've done exceptional work. This most recent issue was with our power steering. Instead of just going to the $2000 answer, he tried replacing less expensive parts to see if that would solve the issue first. The car drives great now and we're not out all that money. Who does that for a customer....Don Allen does. Can't recommend this place enough.

I've only been a couple times but I've had excellent service. Don and his Staff kept me up-to-date on what the process was to let me know about prices of materials and labor. I never felt like I was being taken advantage of. The repairs/options were explained well and Don was honest to tell me his recommendations all of which saved me hundreds of dollars and time about fixing additional issues.

If I could give unlimited stars I would. Don Allen Service Center is a gem! Ethical, honest, quick, professional are only some of the words I could use to describe them! From Mercedes to Mini Cooper they have provided our family’s cars with quality care when needed and told us not to worry when something didn’t need to be done.
