Nice store and people seem nice but... I'm a disabled veteran and very limited in my mobility at times (the past month). I made the walk to the bathroom only to find them both out of order. I understand the homeless situation it's something you have to think about but there has to be another way. Think of your customers and please fix this.

Today I went to DSW to pick up two pairs of shoes I had a kid with me the cashier gave me two boxes no bags at all the cashier sad I could have a bigger box We proceeded to leave still needing to shop the looks that I received unimaginable and I had a kid with me couldn’t even hold their HAND so I had to buy a bag in another store and the looks the lady gave me like I just stole the shoes it was ridiculous

Not happy; confirmed I could have something done at 10am with someone at this location, called customer service and chatted with a live agent as well.Go to this location and some young gentleman claiming to be the manager then does not assist with my request.Purchased shoes online selected to have them picked up at this location, went to pay, purchased and then got a confirmation stating both shoes would be mailed to me. Got annoyed tried to resolve it - told them I needed at least one pair for the same day, was told they have one of the shoes in stock and I could come pick it up same day and it would be a simple process.Turned out once I got there (5pm) the gentleman claiming to be the manager (Caucasian, young & glasses) finds my order then tells me he can’t do it. Then I ask him to help cancel the full order so I can make the purchase with them now he asks me a question, picks up the phone to call and as I am answering raises his one ☝? finger at me in a rude manner as if I was interrupting him, HE ASKED ME A QUESTION!? Then spends more time on the phone while I am in a hurry so I ask him if he can’t do it then I have somewhere to be and leave…he shakes his head no and I walked out.I work in customer service and I am a manager - we don’t immediately say no without making ANY attempt to assist or resolve the matter, we also don’t cut people off mid-sentence. The worse part is in the same store the matter was explained hours before I arrived and 5-10mins after my purchase.He was acting as if I did not already pay for my purchase by asking me twice if I already paid?! I don’t appreciate my time being wasted…I only went here because it was close to me and where I was headed. The “manager” had the nerve to make it seem as though I was trying to pull something over on them for SHOES THAT I ALREADY PAID FOR! Had I been told earlier it wasn’t doable then I would not have even wasted my time going. First time coming here and will definitely not be back.Overall my experience was horrible at this location!
