tldr; DO NOT ORDER IN ANY EDIBLE ARRAGEMENTS LOCATION in Arlington or Alexandria Virginia - They use Uber Package Delivery as their delivery service. Hence, why some orders never arrive OR they arrive to the wrong person.STORY:I ordered a large tray to be delivered to the manager of my apartment complex, I made sure to go directly to the Edible Arrangements website. I double checked I added a message and delivery order instructions.I believe there is something wrong with the system transferring instructions to the Uber Package Delivery service because a couple of hours later after I submitted my order I hear a knock on my door. The gentleman said: "This is Uber, you have received a gift". He made sure I got the gift. Me foolishly thought "Hey this is so nice, I got a thank you gift back from the apartment complex manager, how thoughtful".The greeting card was empty, and there was the name of someone that works at a "Finance department". I thought: "Ok, someone paid and said deliver it, its the gesture that counts no?"Some time pass by and I hear another knock on the door. ANOTHER GIFT. And I was like: "I already got a gift". When I see the note of this other gift I see that IS THE GIFT I sent to the lobby of my apartment complex. I explain the Uber guy the situation and he happily delivered the order to the correct place.SO. Either Edible Arragements Corporate made a deal with Uber to offer this subpar service OR Edible Arragements Locations are choosing to cut corners to save some money and time.Anyhow, the strawberries were delicious :)

I went to place an order and this location was closed. I made sure to check their business hours before going to guarantee they’d be open and the door was locked. Even their door had a sign with their business hours listed and they were supposed to be open but I guess not.

Bad, urgently asked for a refund. Do not expect to have your arrangement(s) delivered on time for a same day delivery. The owner of this store should review their hiring processes and select the ones, who genuinely value Edible Arrangements mission “To WOW You!” This store failed to make my wife’s special day extra special.

My sister's birthday flowers/edible arrangements were supposed to be delivered on 4/8. They did not arrive until 4/10 (after her birthday) and the flowers were in the box dead and the fruit was over ripe. Maybe they had planned to deliver on the 8th but didn't make it, so they refrigerated until their next business day. Not a good look at all. I won't use this location ever again.

Lia (the manager) provided terrible service and tried to rush me off of the phone. Also placed me on hold and had me talk with multiple people. I was trying to use a free 12 count dipped fruit for my birthday. Her service was terrible and I would never tell anyone to go to this edible arrangements

I put in an order online for a birthday gift for the next day and indicated I would pick it up in the store. Both the website and Google maps indicated the store closed at 6:00pm. So, I put my pick-up time as 5:00pm thinking I would have plenty of time to get there in the event of traffic. I even received an email notification from the store twice stating the order was ready and confirming the pick-up time of 5:00pm. BOY WAS I WRONG! I arrived to a store that was completely dark. Apparently the closing time was 5:00pm, but I received no notification from the store. If you are going to run a business, make sure the hours of business are correct on your website and make the effort to contact the customer if you see a possible discrepancy. That is what good customer service is all about which is something this store doesn't have. They have lost my business moving forward.

It sounds as though some reviewers have had mixed experience, but my recent experience was positive. I came into the store as a walk-in and placed an order. The associate was very friendly and advised that I could best return sometime later as there were various orders to prepare. I did so and the order was nicely prepared and even had a few extra pieces of fruit included than I expected. All said, I would return to this location and appreciated the quality and customer service.

Customer service! Thanks for going the extra mile! Yesterday I got there first thing, paid for a smoothie, the blender was acting up and I actually needed to scoot out for my nail appointment nearby. They were of course apologetic and going to refund me;I asked if they could call & let me know if it got fixed as I'd be near for the next 2 hours. They said oh of course, we'll just bring it over to you....and they did just that. Happy appointment without my tummy growling and delicious per usual. Customer service has been about 80% of my roles in the last decade, and I greatly appreciate someone (or some team) going out of their way to deliver excellent customer service. Also, I'm surprised at this review average; I've ordered gift baskets from this location quite a bit in the past, and the deliveries have always been on point. Anywho, THANKS!!!!

I've received Edible baskets before. This is the freshest basket of fruits I've ever received. The chocolate covered strawberries are awesome! We ate a couple before I took the picture.

My husband had some flowers and chocolate covered strawberries for Valentine's Day, and the flowers were so old they were falling off the stems. My husband called them the following day, multiple times and they never answered, so he ended up going in person. He even showed the photos of the flowers I sent him. They only gave half back towards the flowers' charge. We won't do business with them again.The last time he had used them, he had fruit and flowers delivered to me for my birthday that were supposed to have arrived by morning, were delivered just as we locked up our office to leave that evening. They nearly missed me. Stay Away!
