I must say that enterprise rent -A- car was amazing very quick and easy. I would like to give Jeffrey hurlock thumbs up for helping me with an easy transition for my rental car. The service was great. I would recommend enterprise rent-A-car to everyone who is looking to rent a car. Their prices are reasonable. Thanks again.

Don’t go to this rental location. Their service is terrible and branch manager hung up on me. Brianna is super rude and doesn’t care or try to help you. Go to any other location than here. If you go and something doesn’t go wrong they don’t won’t help or accommodate at all.

The staff people were good and renting was easy. But I'm only giving two stars because I am not satisfied. Once again, I was given a car that did not have a full tank of gas. That may sound like it's not a big deal, but it's happens often enough from your company, that I believe it's intentional. With a full tank, it's easy to return it with a full tank. But when it's less, it's a big pain to try and fill it to the same level given to me. If I guess wrong and under fill the tank, you will charge me. If i guess wrong and over fill, I can't take it back and you don't give me a credit for the extra. So what always happens is I return it with more gas than I started with. It seems to me that Enterprise is getting a financial benefit from this. It only seems to happen with your company.So until I'm sure you will give me a full tank of gas at the beginning, I will try to not use your company.

I would 100% recommend coming here for any rental car needs. I was helped over the phone by the assistant manager Breanna Swinnton who provided EXCELLENT customer service. Not only was I told about the process and steps needed to get me into a car but I was also provided different options in terms of daily/weekly rates and was assured I would be updated with their inventory as it came in. I couldn't be happier with the service here.

Website is terrible for navigation purposes. Selected the category of vehicle I want and instead of providing the locations where this category are, all one can do is select random locations, ultimately resulting in finding out that the vehicle category you selected isn't available at said locations. BRILLIANT!!! Instead of your clientele being forced to guess where your inventory is, perhaps, just perhaps, you should provide some customer service and just let us know where! What a concept. More likely, the advertised vehicles don't actually exist.*UPDATE* Went to go pick up the 'Luxury SUV' we had reserved and were told it wasn't available, but they had a Hona Accord we could have. What a joke.

My rental was available at the specified time. It was clean and performed well. The staff expected me, were cordial and efficient. I checked out and was on the road within 15 minutes of my arrival.

Had to use this location when my car was in the shop and had excellent service from the team. Wait time was short. They gave me a car quickly and even switched it out for an EV (leaf) when I requested it. Super great service all around.

We recently rented a last-minute vehicle while visiting the area during the July 4th Holiday. We called them at 2 pm the day we wished to rent a vehicle. It was the closest rental office to our hotel nearby. Their pick-up van was broken yet they still were able to assist us in getting to the office for the rental. It was super busy in their offices, yet we were acknowledged and taken care of in a timely manner. A BIG shout-out to John, Jeff & Josh!! You did us a solid. We appreciate all of the GREAT customer service provided to us. You were super polite and helpful in helping us extend our rental time.

With a little traffic, I was running 2 minutes late to my rental appointment. I called 10 minutes in advance to let them know that while I would not be there directly at 5 (my reservation time) I would be there by 5:02. They informed me that they were unable to help me anytime after 5. I asked if we could possibly start the process of checking out over the phone so that when I arrived I could streamline our process and be sure to have them out at the same time they would be if I arrived at 5. She again replied no because they can only help me if I arrive BEFORE 5, which again I asked about because my reservation was for 5. They then directed me to the airport which was 15 minutes further away. Needless to say, the customer service was incredibly poor, seeing as I was never even able to be served Very disappointed in the lack of effort or ability to be the slightest bit flexible
