Extremely bad experience. Everything is either expired or overpriced. Try Global Food if you don't want to be ripped off. Also the owner does not have any respect to his customer...

AVOID THIS GROCERY SHOP !!! This place is a joke. Couple days ago I bought some Bosnian and Croatian snacks and I just took them home without checking the expiration date. However all my snacks are expired and they were inedible. So I had to trash them. Also the same day the owner was talking about his neighbor. Trying to convince me that their food was bad. I have been coming to Balkan Grill for over 4 years and it has been always a great experience. I did not even know they were two different place until he started to talk bad about my favorite restaurant. I have been coming for both store but from now on I will be only coming Balkan Grill.

I really loved this store and the owner is a very nice person. However, third time I am buying wafers or other product with expired dates. Yesterday I needed to trash box of KRAS wafers, which were old and non edible. KRAS wafers did not have expiration date, lady from the store said that apparently Kras doesn’t put dates (Seriously??!!).

Thank God, we have this store around here, we can find a lot of stuff from back home!The whole family loves this please , the owner and they were couple other people that worked there that were quite friendly. However, they hired a new girl that first of all knows nothing about the store, or products, or what they offer, sell their, second she is not friendly, talkative, or god forbid you ask where anything is….. she just stairs like you are talking a foreign language. Despite that we love this store and we try to avoid going there when she is there.

I found most of Serbian products and most importantly coffee. I am so happy that I cam buy so much stuff I am craving while far away from home. Ćevapi, ajvar, pašteta, vegeta. Ajmeee! I am here every week from now on.

So many nostalgic foods for me are available here. The service is great, they are all so nice! The food quality is great. Would love to see some lime cedivita on the shelves!
