This place has been a game changer for someone who has Midwest furniture and now living in the condensed DMV area. The place is well lit, consistently clean, and the staff is always available to help. Especially when I needed more space, they were beyond accommodating. I am happy to have selected (and trusted) this place with my stiff!

The storage was clean and efficient. I didn’t sign up for the first month free option, before ecause I thought we would need the unit for over a month. When it turned out that I only needed it for about 2 weeks, they would not let me change my arrangement. This seems quite unfair. I ended up paying over $200 for a two week storage.

They lie and kiss your butt to get a 5 star review. Then after you're locked in and a few months down the road they literally double, and this is no hyperbole or exaggeration. They will DOUBLE your unit rent. Rent from a different company. This one is very dishonest.

Charlie is the best! Don't bother with any other storage place. This place is absolutely perfect. Great prices. Actual climate controlled units and the best service. I've looked at all the storage companies in the area and there isn't a second best.

Cheyenne was very courteous, knowledgable, and professional. She provided great customer service. We went to investigate whether we wanted to use Extra Space Storage to store our stuff while moving. Cheyenne seemed to know her facility and her company’s pricing and policies like the back of her hand. We felt like our property would be in good hands with her.
