I had a terrible experience trying to get my car’s oil changed here. I left my car for two hours and then when I returned I was told the manager couldn’t remember what service I needed. I was told my car inspection was completed (which I didn’t ask for) and told to pay $50. When I explained I didn’t want the service or need it, the manager stated that I couldn’t receive a refund because it was already in the system. My car’s oil was changed 40 minutes later. When I requested a refund again for the inspection service I didn’t request, I was denied. The manager cut me off while I talked and spoke in a demeaning manner.

3 visits and each and every time, Ivan, an excellent mechanic greeted me cheerfully; treated me with respect; showed and explained to me the problems with my vehicles; fixed the problems properly and promptly--exactly within the time frames he promised to do so. Also, prior to the repairs, Ivan reviewed the repair costs with me. I will definitely continue to bring my vehicles to Hayfield Exxon for their excellent repair services and their warm and caring customer service!!

It depends what you are looking for. I wanted a reliable, trustworthy service who actually does the work. This place is high end economically, they are not cheap. However, it appears that they know their job, have good work ethics and do great job on car maintenance. It is totally worth it. The mechanic Ivan very knowledgeable and reliable. He did great work on my car maintenance. I will definitely come back to do my next car maintenance. Only thing they were missing is offering a free courtesy cleaning/car washing. Typically majority of the car maintenance places offer this by default. It would be perfect and make the customer 100% satisfied with a small courtesy service. Other than that, this is a good place, Ivan very reliable mechanic.

great service. The mechanic is very knowledgeable and provides excellent service. I even get my emissions and inspections done here because it’s close to the house and always easy.

Put my car in for service on my write axle of my car. The technician ivan if am spelling his name correct? Lol Did a masterful" job Oh my vehicle!. It was really nice to see someone take such pride in their work!. And what I mean by that is when we went For the test drive in my car after it was fixed. He was more Excited! Then i was about the work he did on the car l o l!. So it does my heart good To know that there are still people who take pride in their work.Thanks! for doing such a great job on my car!.
