The gas station itself is decent.
The service station screwed me over. I needed a state inspection and emissions test to register my car in VA. I had heard this place was affordable and helpful.
When I dropped my car off they told me my car would not pass inspection because the windshield tint was too far down. They offered to cut it to the proper size, for a fee of course. I accepted.
When I came back, they had botched the job and then just decided to remove the entire windshield tint without asking me. I was still charged full price. They told me they had thoroughly cleaned the windshield so at least it wouldn't be sticky on the inside. It is still sticky, a month later.
The cherry on top is that I passed the emissions test, and a week later the malfunction indicator light came on in my car.
So the emissions control system probably got screwed up during the visit too.
Get gas here. DO NOT get your vehicle serviced here. Aside from the staff being friendly, this was the worst experience I have ever had with an autoshop.

Gas at this place is way overpriced. I don’t know how they’ve been in business as long as they have. Maybe cause they have a mechanics shop built in. But their gas is 3.69 at the moment. Go around the corner gas is less than $3or exactly $3 at Liberty OR just go to any gas station in the NOVA area. Any of them will be cheaper than this place. Basically, they’re always the most expensive around here. Trust me I’ve lived here for 10 years. If anyone is getting gas there it’s because they’re desperate or the line is to long at Liberty. This is my first time posting something. I truly think it’s a front for money laundering but maybe I’ve seen too many movies.

By chance, I came across this Exxon station when I had an issue with my tire pressure indicator. I was driving from New York to North Carolina and was concerned that there was something wrong with my tire(s). The technicians chatted with me and suggested that I go in and speak with Rico, the service manager. By stroke luck, I was put in touch with someone who was incredibly professional, kind and knowledgeable! He immediately made suggestions and figured out how to fix the tire pressure issue indicator because there was nothing wrong with my tires. What an incredible professional!

Been coming here for a long time and let me tell you Carlos and his crew are amazing. Very forthright and genuine; they have taken care of our cars for a while and the work is always highest quality. They are the best in the area.

Thank you Carlos and Moses. Good communication. The front-desk attendant also was very nice and helpful during the drop-off. They were great to describe everything my vehicle needed. The transmission service I had done there is doing well. Will definitely go back.

They are lier and cheater. My vehicles tail inspection was failed and quoted to order the whole assembly for $280 each plus $65. I went to auto zone and bought the bulb for $7 and installed for $10 and brought back to them and they passed the inspection. Don’t take your car

These guys are great. They have a well run shop and the mechanics really care about cars. They communicate with me and they're transparent about the cost of parts and labor and they won't do work above the initial estimate without checking in with me first. Very professional.

Inconvenient entrance and prices are way too high. Worth it to go a few miles north to Shirlington and save $1+ per gallon.

Only gas station in the neighborhood so they jack up the prices I drive 10 extra minutes just to fill up. I would be running on fumes and would still pass this station up.
