I have nothing but great things to say about the manager at this location. My wife and I chose this location based on reviews and a promotional event, and we've had our items in storage for over a year. I don't believe I ever got her name, but based on another recent review I assume the manager's name is Radhia. She helped us get signed up and has been very communicative if there was ever a need to be. Upon the move out process, Radhia provided top notch service even though we were no longer local to Alexandria. She deserves recognition for her customer service!

Better lighting over units would be helpful as all lighting is only for the aisles.

Radhia is absolutely amazing! She is patient, understanding, and persistent, and she goes above and beyond to make sure everything is handled with care. She treats you like a person, not just a customer, and her dedication truly stands out.
I’ve had negative experiences with storage companies in the past, and while the Public Storage customer service line can be frustrating, Radhia completely changed my outlook with her kindness and professionalism.
