We have gone to them with local business sign needs for four of our businesses now over the years and I am grateful to have their help. I could not have had a better experience having my customized sign created. After headaches from the big box stores, I called Kirby who was able to quickly create a blueprint for the design I needed on extremely short notice and with a quote that reflected my strict budget.The result was spectacular. I work in a business where many of my colleagues require the same sort of banner and many have asked where I got it done as it was beautiful and really well made.

When a gift I ordered for a retirement celebration was delayed unexpectedly I was in a race to find someone to print a canvas sign. I googled for local places and found Fastsigns. They responded right away with a proof and Nick worked to create the sign immediately for me. He was wonderful to work with and extremely helpful. They even moved the delivery date up and I was able to give the gift on time. So thankful to Fastsigns and their team, they were outstanding and I really appreciate their kindness and hard work.

Really wanted to give this 5 stars but the customer service here is very poor. Initially quoted for a sign and I specifically requested double-sided printing and paid extra for expedited service. I paid in full upfront. Later I receive an email charging over $25 more for printing double-sided.Not to mention they told me they would call me when my sign was ready. The next day - no phone call. Eventually I contacted them and they advised me they can’t always call for expedited service when ready - not what I was told initially.They do great work if you’re willing to put up with changing prices and subpar communication.

The website portal and email/phone communication with staff helped provide information and answers to my questions. There was a quick turnaround from ordering to pickup, plus the quality of materials and design for a reunion banner exceeded my expectations. A graphic artist friend highly recommended the Fast Signs on south Rt 1 and I'm glad my network provided a spot on referral.

Artisanal Builders Co. is a high-end construction company that was looking for a refined display sign to install at project sites. FASTSIGNS in Alexandria, VA provided exceptional customer service and delivered a stunning final product that exceeded our expectations. I was initially impressed when I first called and Kirby answered. We spent over 25 minutes brainstorming ideas, and at the end of the call I find out that he is the owner of the business. The fact that he took the time that he did to discuss our goals and ideas on a first call inquiry showed he was passionate about what he does and cares. After reviewing products and services from different vendors, we commissioned FASTSIGNS to design and build our sign. Kirby stayed engaged throughout the process from inception to final delivery. Every step of the way was smooth and professional, and as I said, the final product exceeded our expectations. We will be working with FASTSIGNS of Alexandria again and highly recommend them to others.
