I know FedEx is usually a frustrating experience for most people but the staff here really try to make things as smooth as possible and move pretty quick. They have good attitudes given what they have to deal with, the customers, corporate, and the literal back breaking aspect of moving so much shipping items in some extreme temperatures and situations. We use this location weekly and the team they have there make some magic happen. Thank you!

Just like the other reviews. Package wasn’t delivered to my door and got a call that I had to pick it up to this location. Women on the phone was super unhelpful and unpleasant to talk to.

They knock on the door of the apartment building and pretend that they made an attempt to deliver, and then leave. Terrible service.

Extremely lazy staff!! We were there 10-15mins before their closing time to drop off an Amazon return.
They made up a case that I've to call FedEx and arrange a pick up.. another FedEx happily took it. Hopefully their manager notices this!

whenever i can't get the delivery driver, i have to grab my packages from this location. I've never had any issues here and the staff is always friendly and helpful.

I think it's fair to say FedEx doesn't give a shit about their customers, meaning their account holders. The people who have FedEx accounts cannot even change a ship to address, so you can send the Federally regulated medications that I was supposed to sign for, and you can send them back. I won't fight on the phone with your unreceptive and unresponsive representatives or drivers. The drivers don't want to be inconvenienced to attempt at delivering at after time or date ir even changing an address. That's fine, I've cancelled my service, gotten a full refund and you can be stuck with this medication That's been sitting on your hot truck all day long. The same medication you think I should put in my body after 3 full days of sitting on your hot truck. That's when it's convenient for ME, not you. Your drivers don't want to be bothered, then I can't be bothered either.

Paid for Saturday delivery. Stayed home all day during memorial weekend because tracking said it was delivering today before 1pm. I get an update stating the driver attempted to deliver.. with a picture from inside their truck. No attempt was made whatsoever. Now it’s telling me I can pick up at this location but when I went they said the shipper requires the package to be delivered to the address. FedEx is going downhill.

The customer service representative answered all my questions, but those answers were clear that this was a simple shipping center. This location does not print the shipping labels and they do not provide boxes or packaging. For another issue, I would have to call the Fedex phone number and speak to a representative on the phone.

I am pissed. I was home all day waiting for my delivery. I finally went online to see what’s going on because it was supposed to deliver around 12 PM. There was a whole note that says driver attempt to delivery with a sticker on a door that is not even my door FedEx really need to cross Examine some of their drivers cause this is ridiculous.
