First time I used your service and I loved it, I went to pick up a held package and the lady who helped me was kind to me, in less than 10 minutes I was leaving the office with my order in hand, thank you very much for the good service

Workers and especially the manager are completely clueless. When you ask them to provide assistance, they are rude, short and ill tempered. This may have caused me to take my entire account to a competitor.

Drivers will not deliver “door to door.” We live on the 4th. floor of a garden style apartment complex and they’ll leave packages on the ground floor on top of the USPS mailboxes. Lazy. If you can’t do the job-the one job that you have-deliver-find another job.

If I could give zero stars I would. FedEx is without a doubt the worst shipping service in the US. There is always never any support from the customer service in regard to your packages. The drivers never understand how to deliver a package to the right place, and there is always some issue during the delivery. Take my recent case for example, I have a package that needs to be signed for, but I do not even have details on when this package is estimated to be delivered in order to insure I can be at home to receive it. Now I tried to choose the option of holding it at a location but I am constantly getting an error that there is no location near my address to hold this package, so I should try to talk to an agent in customer service right ? No, it’s just the low quality dumb ai assistant I can’t get past through in order to speak with an agent. I will never ship with FedEx or receive packages from fedex. Mostly especially I will never recommend this waste of a time of a service. I am empathetic towards the employees but I truly hope FedEx runs out of business

If I could rate employees, I would give 0 stars to the very disrespectful rude woman working from 5:30pm on Tuesday October 10, 2023. I would give the man 3.5 stars. This woman helped me initially, but I was looking at the receipt afterwards and saw she misheard me - instead of next day shipping, she thought I said two days later shipment. This woman was kind at first. I saw a sign that said Sam Newman was the manager on duty, but I didn't get to talk to the manager about this employee's behavior towards customers. I went back inside the building and she asked me what I wanted. I informed her she misheard which date I requested and she said I "was changing things on her" and walked my package over to her coworker's counter, dropped it without care (mind you, it was a laptop), and said "you can handle her." She mentioned to her friendly coworker that I said Thursday instead of Wednesday. A kind customer waiting in line told me he heard me said next day shipping, Wednesday. I thanked him for verifying what I had said initially. When I run into this kind of disrespectful employee I like to show them kindness, because apparently they haven't been given enough to treat any customer so aggressively. Her personality changed at the drop of a hat. Once she realized her mistake, all she was showing was a bad attitude. I found it crazy how fast she changed her attitude from being kind initially but then being absolutely rude and disrespectful once I walked back in and she understood she made a mistake. The man fixed the issue. He was respectful and kind, though didn't seem happy about working there either. Although, after dealing with the rude woman employee, he was a breath of fresh air. I would avoid this place at all costs just to avoid the very rude woman employee so I won't ever have to deal with her rudeness and disrespect again. Customer service should always be about being kind to customers, even if mistakes are made by the employee, work to get it fixed, with a smile. Employees should not show their annoyance with their mistake and cast their attitude onto any customer, as it is not the customer's fault if they misheard.

Very poor customer service in person. They all need a training class in respect, humility and rendering proper service!! Especially the Caribbean women that walks around humming and singing without taking her job seriously!! AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST AND DO BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!!

Never using FedEx, I will make it a priority to only use USPS and UPS from now on. Driver has had a history of poor behavior and has ignored the signed slips right in front of him/ her. This time they invaded my privacy by traveling through the back yard and left a ‘we missed you’ note on the back door when the previous one was at the front where they left it previously. Seems like common sense isn’t so common anymore. If FedEx actually cares and sees this do yourself a favor and let UPS deliver this package for you guys, you could learn a thing or more.

I hate that the stupid phone number won’t let you talk to someone. I have a simple question that the stupid automated system can’t help me with and the stupid automated system doesn’t know where to transfer my call so it hangs up on me. FIX THAT. LET US USE “0” TO GET TO A HUMAN. GOSH

Says delivery was attempted at 3:18pm, but both of us were home and heard no knock on the door. Let's see what lie they come up with tomorrow about why they can't deliver my package.
