Don't buy your appliances here. The purchase experience was good, and Najib was knowledgeable and not pushy. However, their customer service leaves a lot to desire. My washer/dryer didn't work out of the box, and they are making me go through GE Warranty which is taking two weeks to get an appointment. Pamela Neighbors says there is nothing they can do until GE tells them they can replace the unit. They also don't change out vent hoses, which even Best Buy does when they install washer/dryers. Next time I'll just go to Best Buy where I get better customer service.

I ordered vanity, sink top, faucet, shower/bath fixtures, toilet from you guys. So excited for my High quality items to arrive. I started this process several months ago. I ordered a vanity/sink that were too big. Called to have it replaced, verifying in an email that I needed wide spread sink top. I NEVER heard back from my associate regarding that email or concerning the mistake he made ordering the new size sink top. I called again, 3rd try, spoke to several nice people to get the correct sink. Finally delivered, it was the wrong one. I called customer service several weeks ago, although they were always helpful, The wrong one was just delivered again. This is for the only bathroom in my house. I moved back in based on having a bathroom. Now, about a month later it continues to be a problem. I was told that they open the product when they receive it to confirm it is not broken. How about to confirm it is the correct item? Twice? What am I suppose to even do? I have a vanity and the faucet, waiting for the sink top. Do I return everything? I based the entire bathroom off the beautiful faucet selection, which matches the shower. Who can get this right? I would really like to have a bathroom sink. Meanwhile, now the tankless hot water heater I bought from Ferguson is also not working. Very frustrated. Please help.

I have a midcentury modern home with track lighting. I wanted to replace some fixtures, but could not identify compatible fixtures online. Bernie K. was able to identify it quickly and accurately. I might have given up on the project without his help.

There is NO WAY I will waste my precious time calling or emailing any more. WHEN IT HAPPENED, I left voice-mails for the accounting lady and got dodged by your employees. The charges were almost ONE THOUSAND DOLLARS!!! Why would I go back down this path? Luckily, I caught it quickly and my CC removed the charge. Bad customer service or inner thieves. Not sure which is the problem, but you have one. I don't live in your state. Helping track the criminal would have been appreciated THEN.

Save your gas and just look online, then buy elsewhere. They are overpriced compared to competitors (sometimes $100+ dollar difference). Their website is pretty handy. In person, I’ve never had such non-existent customer service. Went on a Friday at 11am, and they weren’t busy. No one couldn’t be bothered to even say hello to me and I stayed almost an hour.

No customer service. Not interested in your business. Recommend you go elsewhere.Went to check out TOTO built-in toilet/bidets. Explained that I had questions about different features, etc (some of those toilets are in the thousands of dollars, so yes, I have questions).After some time, the front desk associate printed stuff from their website (at least she recognised my presence!) although I have access to internet and can read things on their website. Two other people (supposedly sales personnel - they were sitting at desks, reading stuff) were not interested in me at all. Didn’t even make eye contact when I approached them. One of them reluctantly tried answering my questions but was completely disinterested in engaging with me, and ultimately did not provide ANY helpful information.I guess I’ll be going to W.T.Weaver & Sons.

I am extremely disappointed with Ferguson. Your scheduling is horrendous. I’m an Interior Designer and I’ve tried to make an appointment several times to bring a client in. I have purchased a lot from Ferguson. No one calls me back and the scheduler has not been available the FOUR times I’ve called..Customer service is not acceptable. I need an appointment and have been unable to schedule . Extremely disappointed and frustrated. Your product is excellent but I cannot sell it if it’s impossible to make an appointment .

Bernie Koehle is a super sleuth. He took the time and energy necessary to track down a solution to my minor (but major to me) plumbing need. Excellent customer service from the time I stepped into the door and spoke to the lovely woman at the front desk to the time Bernie found a solution and ordered the part that I needed. I highly recommend and will be back for any future plumbing or remodeling needs that I may have. Thank you.
