Associate #844365 needs to smile and greet their customers. It would be great if the company could order EXTRA BOXES OF FREEZE DRIED CANDY. Every time I go there you guys are completely out of the ones I like. I have gone to multiple locations and have no luck!!!

For a couple of months, the store has been going downhill. The store is a complete mess, not organize at all. Two weeks ago, the cashier charges us $0.35 for a bag and we didnt even need the bag. This week, she didn't even allowed me to give my feedback at the end of my transaction. She reach out and did the feedback herself.

I was totally disappointed when the item that I purchased that cost $3.50 came to $4. I looked at my receipt and noticed a .46 cent ALSF Donation added. I told the cashier I didn't add a donation. She told me it's an automatic add. I said o no that's against the law to just add "DONATIONS" without consent. I said principle I want a refund. She reversed the charge on my card but not the "DONATION" amount of 46 cent. I said open the register and give me my .46 cent. Stated she couldn't open the register and that it was no supervisor there. Please pay attention to your receipts when shopping at "FIVE BELOW" When the next customer in line heard and witnessed what was going on, him and his wife put their items down and left the store. Rightfully so. I'm definitely going to escalate this situation.
