I went to 5 And Below today for a gift and was helped by a beautiful young lady with the name of Manel. I was greeted by her and she helped me put together a Wonderful gift for my Granddaughter. She was very helpful and was attending other customers while checking me out. Will visit again.

While peacefully trying to shop for a phone case, the first interaction I get with an employee it’s them being rude, and acting like I’m trying to steal it, asked me if I needed help twice, I said no, then said that I had opened two boxes I must need help, he even had the nerves to say if I didn’t need help with anything to just put them down, there were two other ladies next to me also shopping for cases, he did not approached them or asked them anything of course not because they were also black, I’m Hispanic. I then asked another employee how I could do a survey, he asked me for who? I just said I wanted to do one in general, then he proceed to say he couldn’t help me, ended up buying a water bottle just so I had a recipe to do a survey, this is RACISM

My experience today was nothing less than amazing. I needed to do an exchange and Angel and Keyshawn (sp?) were amazing. They were so welcoming, kind, professional and made me feel good. I really appreciated their warm welcome as well as their help with the exchange. I will definitely recommend this location for 5 Below. I will come here again because they have amazing customer service. Thank you both and please if a district manager can give them props and something good for their amazing customer service!!!!!!They deserve to be rewarded.

Although this Five Below doesn't have as many products as the one in Springfield I like this location because it's easy to park, there's never a big line like Springfield and the employees are SUPER friendly and helpful.Angel is always as sweet as can be and amazingly helpful and friendly!!

This used to be my favorite location until today, sadly a middle age lady that works there yelled at me because I used the restroom, as far as I know The Restroom Access Act, also known as Ally's Law, is a legislation, that requires retail establishments that have toilet facilities for their employees to also allow customers to use the facilities if the customer has a medical condition requiring immediate access to a toilet, being pregnant, is one of them, i had used this bathroom before, it wasn't any sign thats saids that was closed to the customers,( is a bathroom for customers) and it was a horrible moment, the young lady ( the cashier) was lovely to me she even help me to pick up my basket ( thats the aptitude) , to the other lady that was that rude, my advice if you don't like to deal with people, you shouldn't be working in this tipe of establishment, festivities so close, not the right aptitude

Considerably better than the one in the mall - less crowded, self checkout is quicker, employees volunteered price checks on smaller items.
