The online picture showed a balloon with the arrangement however at checkout you get the option for a balloon. Needless to say the arrangement was delivered with 2 balloons. Not a big issue, just a little confusing at checkout.”

However, as much as I loved the gifts, I also loved the staff--two helpful and extremely well-mannered young women (Kate and Fiona) that took an interest in me as soon as I walked in the store.
