Racist employees, not greeted & when they were helping the white folks they were nice to them. I asked how they are doing; no response. I asked for a game and they said they didn’t have it, when I clearly saw it. Horrible.

Customer service is great, the establishment is clean, and bigger than most GameStop's I've been to. The selection is broad and pricing is not bad. I suggest you careful determine whether being a GameStop member is beneficial to you. The staff work with you on what you need and are super kind.
