Came in to buy an Xbox and had to wait ten minutes locked out while the guy used the bathroom. Then he didn't know how to exchange this guy's merchandise which was another 29 mins. Eventually another guy came in to help him but they both ugnored all of us who had been waiting so we walked out. Horrible customer service and disorganized. I ordered my Xbox from Amazon instead.

Racist employees, not greeted & when they were helping the white folks they were nice to them. I asked how they are doing; no response. I asked for a game and they said they didn’t have it, when I clearly saw it. Horrible.

Customer service is great, the establishment is clean, and bigger than most GameStop's I've been to. The selection is broad and pricing is not bad. I suggest you careful determine whether being a GameStop member is beneficial to you. The staff work with you on what you need and are super kind.
