Bad customer service. The cashier basically don’t want customers to buy anything so he don’t have to work. He dont even say hello or thanks to customers. Worst service ever.

A little disappointed. Dropped by at 6 on a Friday. The open sign was on and the hours by the door said they were open until 8, but the door was locked. Tried calling as well. It’s fine to close early, just wish it was posted publicly

In this store they never answer calls...and when you go to the store and ask them they answer rudely...
They should change their employee...the phone has no service

I am a frequent customer but it is my first bad experience that they charged me twice for the purchase with my debit card. Unfortunately, I went to the store and they did not help me give me my money back and I called the company and they did not resolve it, which was bad, they did not help me in Nothing and first the customer service and the customer is right, very bad service.

Staff was very helpful and not push at all. Respected my space when I said I was just looking and throughly answered all my questions when I had them. Been here a few times now I especially like the guy with the glasses there, he is wicked smart.

The guy at the register is there for looks. With no one else in the whole store on Easter Sunday, he barely wanted to speak let alone answer a simple question.. I put the product down and said as I walked out "why are you even here?" #FAHole #VitaminShoppe ANY DAY!
