This is a huge location. There is underground parking garage. Lots of selection including hot and cold food bars. There is a place to eat inside. There is also a big floral department.

Local grocery chain offering the usual big name brands and services you can find anywhere else is what makes them common.
What makes them unique is perhaps their extensive Wine selection, decent Beer selection, Made to order Deli and Pizza counter.
Location is somewhat convenient with their own parking garage and proximity to Braddock station to serve a range of folks.

Definitely not as nice as some of the others I have been to. This one had some helpful employees but a few others were just acting all morose about making a few sandwiches.
Eating area was filthy. Try Whole Foods before this place.

I went to this Harris Teeter for the first time earlier this week. The store seems to be organized in the least efficient way. That’s typically fine, but your staff should usually be able to make up for it with good customer service. I asked a staff member where I’d be able to find the ginger, he pointed me to the soda aisle.

Down escalator and cart escalator never works, smaller push carts are never stocked at the entrance and are always in the parking garage, produce is always soaking wet and gets bad very quickly after you get home, plant based products are rarely stocked, drink refrigerators are usually mostly empty

Wish they would do something about the panhandlers that sit outside of the store every day! It’s like a gauntlet going in there to shop.
One of the more expensive grocery stores in northern Virginia too.

Last time shopping here. I was scanning my items at self checkout and the lady working there just scans her badge. I'm thinking cool, she's going to give me a coupon or something .. nope verifying in front of me if I stole something.. I didn't, doesn't even say sorry.

I shop here and for the most part like it. My issues are with the deli (slow service) and with the fact they allow non-service dogs in the store and will not ask customers to take their dogs out of the store. I've seen customers touching their dogs, then handling groceries and putting them back on the shelves. That's disgusting and shouldn't be allowed. It's a violation of health code to allow dogs. The store should make the effort to keep dogs out. Arlington stores and restaurants are clear about no dogs, even though it's a dog town. This store should do the same.

Yo this place the best My grandma was lost and there was this lady name Melanie who was on customer service desk and was kind enough to help her through her ordeal my grandma was supposed to wait at the checkout line but she forgot and was lost inside store . Really enjoy shopping at this place and again Thank You Melanie for being an Angel ?

I love this location because it is so close to my job and the customer service is always wonderful.
Recently, I stopped by their floral shop for a bouquet for a close friend's birthday. The attendant, Gwen, was nice and arranged the flowers beautifully! I'll definitely be back for more :)
