Typically I rent from the airport when I need a rental, but I decided to try this particular branch. Wow, It was such a great decision!If you ever called a car rental office you know that it's extremely hard to speak to a live representative. Prior to renting from this location not only was I able to speak to live person, I was also given the details of the classes of vehicles that were available. Sometimes you can book ,and what you need is not available. The conversation was very pleasant and you could tell this branch values their customers. Once I arrived at the physical location everyone spoke and greeted me; which is not often done, and went above to make sure I was satisfied as a customer being as though there were a few discrepancies with my contract. (The Hertz App has a mind of it's on).This location will definitely be my new primary rental. The car I was given was extremely clean! If you've rented a car you know most company's barely wipe down the steering wheel after the cars have been in use. I want to thank Andre A who is the branch manager for leading such a great team of individuals, and taking time to assist me while you were handling a corporate situation. If I could give more stars I would as you, Nikra M., and Nicholas F. provided me with superb customer service. Please trust that any and everyone I'm connected with that needs a car rental will be pointed in your direction! Keep doing what you're doing!Sincerely,A grateful Customer

I rented a car for a day. Everything went smoothly! Check in was easy, staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. The car inside was very clean and easy to navigate. Return of car was equally as smooth too. I will continue to use this hertz in the future. Thanks guys!

I don’t know why they have a bad review. The guy at the front assisted me really good and provided me with a car of my choice, I even requested for the car to be cleaned and they got it cleaned while I was at the office in less than 5min. Thank you for your service. Will definitely recommend this spot if you’re looking for a rental car:)

Needed a Car asap an Andre a Marcus got me the Tesla I wanted a the best price in town. I am a salesman myself a these two guys were on point a the establishment was very clean, thanks again guys a please go see these guys if you need a rental.

Andre and Marcus were helpful and friendly in getting me out the lot. The first two cars they gave me had service lights turned on, but they were accommodating and switched me out to a different car for peace of mind even after they verified that the cars were not due for a service. Hertz could probably do a better job with maintenance of their cars, but the customer service at this location made up for it!

Do not rent from here. Bad. Very bad. How bad, you ask? Try booking a 7-passenger vehicle 2 weeks in advance to pick your family from the airport for your birthday weekend. Then you get multiple emails and text message confirmations following up to the date of pick up assuring you they have the vehicle and are ready for you--you know, making you feel safe. Then the night before your pick up at 6:25pm, after the business is closed, you get a call with no apology saying they have no vehicle for you because another person extended their rental. How is that my problem? Do better, Hertz! To add insult to injury, they make it my problem to call reservations to find another vehicle with limited time. The reservations assistant found another vehicle but attempted to charge us more than what we originally booked. Once this was pointed out, he suddenly "found a deal" that brought it back down to original price paid. Your team is a joke. Shame on you and shame on your business. Poor service all the way around.

Disappointing. This location is Not up to usual Hertz Gold Standards. Reserved a Medium Size SUV. When I initially called and spoke with the attendant, that should have been an indication of what was to become. She was inattentive and uninterested in providing any assistance. When arrived at the location, she pointed to where the car was. Went to the car, it was locked . Went backed to the counter, she said she unlocked it. Went back outside, still locked. Finally, she came outside and unlocked it. The car was filthy both inside and out. Did I mention it reeked of cigarette smoke? There was obvious dog hair on the seats. I asked her again if this was the correct car, she said yes. I reminded her this was not a on the spot rental, I reserved the car days ago. She just shrugged . The alternative car was worse. I would have been okay, if the car was washed and cleaned, but it was not. After wasting over an hour and realizing we needed to be on the road to be on time for a business meeting, we gave up and went to another rental agency.

Reserved a tesla model Y ahead on the app. Came to pick up on my reservation date/time also checked in ahead as stated in the app.Well came in to find out1. Early check in doesn't apply to this location (had to wait for two other customers which took roughly 30mins)2. They didn't have the vehicle3. I was told the other tesla (model 3) on the lot had 1% battery left and couldn't be rented outI was offered to take the chevy bolt (I'm pretty tall and can't fit in those without my head rubbing against the ceiling)Asked for a cancellation without a fee. I was then asked to call the customer service line instead and cancel it on my own.This location has a very small selection to boot. Go to another location if you have to rent with hertz

The rental experience was really good. Reserved a Tesla Model 3 online to picking it up was very easy. The attendant was super nice, he told me that the car was a little dirty inside bc they didn't get a chance to vacuum.When I picked up the car, the floor was a little dirty, not a big deal. (Who always keeps their car floor clean? So no biggie) They gave me the car at 72% battery life and they said as long I return with that much juice left I wouldn't be charged. I returned it with 89%.Dropping off was easy, I got charged with what I was told and they re-billed me for the cost for using the supercharger from Tesla (no up charge from hertz). I really appreciate when a rental company is honest with no hidden charge and this place was that.Would recommend them.Location can be a challenge to get into but I figured it out. Just be careful driving out.

I rented a car on July 1. At the airport, they did not accept either my credit card or my husband's credit card. They said that they could not help. Although we spent money and time to come to them. I submitted a request for a refund back on July 1. And every time they say that you have to wait 5-10 working days. 1.5 months have passed since then. There is still no return, they do not give the opportunity to communicate with the supervisor. And again they say that the return must be approved by the supervisor. Today I called for the fourth time and heard the same thing: "5-7 days for approval"

I love the convenient location of this Hertz Rental Car and the staff is always helpful and friendly. This location gets only 4 stars for two reasons:1) It's a small location, so even if you book weeks or months ahead, there is always the chance that they will not have a car available when you arrive.2) The national customer service is beyond horrible! Expect wait times over 30 minutes to talk to someone in the overseas call center. The call center folks are seldom helpful!Again, the folks at the Pickett location are awesome and the cars are cleaner than the cars at the airport. I recommend this location, but just make sure you don't have to call the 800 number for ANYTHING.

Everyone was really helpful! I was renting from State Farm and the process was really easy and fast. I just came from three Enterprises and they all didn't have any cars but Hertz was able to provide me with a car and when I wasn't familiar with the gear shift on one, they let me choose another one. Return was also a quick process and the cars were clean and nice !
