H&M, you need to notify your customers of the no return policy on sale items BEFORE they make a purchase of the sale item! It's shady business practice to write it on the receipt AFTER the sale item has been purchased and the customer is stuck with the purchase.

Today, I had to deal with a very unprofessional and rude staff member. They have a few checkout stations, and 2 out of 3 were down. A person who was unsuccessfully trying to check me out asked that I transfer to the only working station. I was patiently waiting while a sales manager of that station checked out everyone who was in the line, but me. When I told her that her way of prioritizing was wrong since I arrived earlier than all of those people and it was not my fault that the registers were down, she said that it was not on her either. She never apologized and asked if I still were willing to checkout. I left the store and will never be back to this location again. If a store manager is reading this review, please say hello to a young blond female with beautiful French stiletto nails who was doing her shift on Mar 11 @12-12:30pm. I sincerely wish her good luck with her customer service career that she might want to reconsider.

Staff was extremely rude including manager Jamison, never offered help, when asked for help rolled eyes, when we were leaving with the family and I needed to put on a jacket, started shouting “we are closed, leave”, never thanked me for making several hundred dollars purchase and did not wish happy Thanksgiving as it was the week of Thanksgiving. Did not help me with my h&m membership account either. Ruined my taste for H&M

Rude staff in particular the manager. I’m shocked they have 4 stars average. H&M should have some guidelines to train properly their stuff. I will avoid spending my money there.

Great store and online experience! I ordered some clothing online and brought what didn’t fit to the store and the refund process was super easy! Just make sure you have the email that has your order number on it available. P.S. on a side note I noticed that their pants run a bit large so I would order down a size if I were you. All three pairs of pants I got were way too big. Happy Shopping! 🛍️

DON'T EVER SHOP IN THIS STORE!!! THE CASHIER (YOUNG WOMEN WITH LONG HAIR NO NAME TAG) IS SO RUDE, SHE THROW MY DRESS AND TURTLE NECK ON THE TABLE NOT EVEN FOLDING IT. NOT EVEN SAID THANK YOU, I MEAN IM BUYING NOT STEALING FROM THEM. SO UNBELIEVABLY RUDE . . .

They will absolutly scam you here. Watch your receipt. Like reviews before this one, I was overcharged for nonexistant items. I didn't check my receipt until I got home. When I returned to the store I was told I wasn't able to "return" it because I DIDN'T HAVE THE ITEM! Like, what? Do not leave this store without double checking everything. I'd do it in front of them. Honestly, ask for a manager and have them watch as you double check. They will steal from you.

Never had any issues with this location until today I don’t live close was in the area yesterday and decided to stop by.An item that I purchased got rung up for the wrong price. I came back to the store to let The manager know, and was told I could not be compensated for the inconvenience to the customer. To get compensation I had to call corporate why inconvenience the customer and not be compensate the customer for the inconvenience this is absurd I am a frequent shopper at H&M no matter the location.

Never in my life have I been treated so condescendingly at an establishment. As they were ringing up the items, I noticed they were charging a higher price than what was on the tag. I queried them about it and they said they ran out of the correct price tag and I was going to be charged the higher price. I asked them if they would honor the price tag that was clearly on the item and they said they would not. Furthermore, they got snippy with me demanding if I buy the product now or leave! I left... This type of establishment does not deserve to be on this nice street in this beautiful city with these amazing people. Replace it with a store that will actually take care of their customers and honor the prices on the tag!
