Only shop here if you like waiting a long time to get cheated. The line to check out is far too long time wise. Once I got to the front the cashier didn't see a price on my item. She called a different employee over who looked at it and made up a price. Of course that price was higher than the marked price. When I confronted him about it, he asked me how he could look up the price. I pointed out I had looked it up with my phone and I don't actually work at the store. I'm pretty sure a core function of the cashier and cashier support employees would be accurately determining prices for goods brought to the front for purchase. What do I know.

HL is a great craft, sewing, decor shopping mart. One can find many selections of material to make anything from no-sew blankets to model cars. Their jewelry making items are such a huge variety that you can get caught up in trying to decide what to buy.
Great store with good sales!

Excellent for DIY'rs, crafters, and decorating folk. But dont look for the african american black santa claus pictures. They sold out within a week and arent expecting more.

My husband and I have used several framing companies over the years but decided to give Hobby Lobby a try after a great recommendation. To start on a positive note, our first two framing jobs , one for a diploma and the other for a custom painting, were done beautifully.
However, our third experience was extremely disappointing. After several unexpected delays, we finally picked up the third piece only to find that it had been mounted unevenly. I notified the store right away and returned it to be fixed. Unfortunately, during the rework, an inexperienced team member removed the painting from the stretch bar incorrectly, which left us with very limited options to reframe without risking damage to the artwork.
Thankfully, Scott in the Framing Department stepped in. He was knowledgeable, patient, and explained our options clearly. With his help, we created a new plan and placed another order, and a refund was issued for the purchase. Still, there were more delays and a lack of communication whenever Scott was not on duty.
When we finally picked up the painting, Scott had done an excellent job - it was beautifully restretched and framed. However, to my surprise, management informed us that only a minimal discount would be applied, leaving us paying nearly twice the original price. Considering the inconvenience, delays, and missteps that occurred, this was disappointing. The assistant manager, Francis, showed no empathy or accountability when revisiting the matter.
If it weren’t for Scott’s professionalism and skill, this would easily have been a one-star review. Hobby Lobby is fortunate to have someone like him on their team, but management’s handling of this situation left a very poor impression.

My experience with Hobby lobby was great. I haven’t opened up my Christmas tree yet, but I will soon. I loved my T-shirts and accessories for my DTF press on. However, I wish Hobby lobby’s T-shirts were cheaper than the price I paid for them. My overall experience was wonderful.
