I went in today to purchase a Ryobi mist fan (tool only) but I was told that it is an Internet only item. The sales clerk Bob was very kind in extending the discount on the one with the battery, so that I could have a fan on such a hot day. Excellent service and folks, would come again!

Decent store, solid service. Parking lot gets hectic and there are few places to return a shopping cart so the carts tend to be all over the lot

Had a great experience finding my “open house signs”. Natasha and Joseph were extremely helpful in looking through backed stocks. At the register Sayed Ali was customer friendly and very efficient. Good job Home Depot manager in hiring the great employees!!

Employee Park was super dismissive and did not help at all. Came to get a nipple and cap for a project and asked if he knew where some were. Brought the one we already had that was too long as an example. He glanced at the example in my hand (didn't take time to see what it was), just told me they don't have anything like that and we should go to the service desk and order online. I decided to keep looking myself and found them a little further down the same aisle where I'd asked for his help.

Went to buy an A/C unit. Picked one out, was taped shut, no signs of being previously opened/re-taped, no “Open Box” or “Return” sticker. Got home and opened the box and it was very obviously previously used. Not only was the unit dirty, but the installation kit was missing parts. Had to waste a trip back to the store to exchange it.

I rode there because on line had an item and once I got to the store the price was increased by $30. Home depot should had adjusted the price accordingly. As far as I'm concerned they ripped me off and owe me the difference

This Annandale Home Depot is fortunate to have added Mila to their cashier &everything else person: With her personaltouch and warmth, she expands the ordinary cashier/overseer by expanding the role of the humdrum associate just putting in their 8 hours—to an experience of personal warmth and actual interest in the problem at the moment; she makes you feel like an important customer, not just a number , she is amazing , you feel actually good about having been to a HomeDepot, after dealing with MIla.

This is the worst Home Depot I have ever been to. I live 5 mins away and if I need somthing that requires delivery, customer service, or someone to answer the phone - ever, I will go the next town or two over to go to that Home Depot or Lowes. No one here knows what they are doing. Items showing instock online are never there. No one will help you or knows anything about the products. Save your time and sanity and go somewhere else.

Never coming back to this Home Depot. Extremely poor service. Had to ask for help from multiple people because they kept wandering off when I asked for help.
