Very unfriendly staff at a paint section. Bad attitude and face expression makes you want to ask her why are you working here and making other people upset? Go find another job if your unhappy and not good at dealing people.

Store was pretty empty mid day on a Monday, I had a quick question about paint and wanted to purchase a couple of samples. The employee working the paint station wouldn't assist once I mentioned I wanted samples given they are "phasing out paint samples." Sounded like various finishes can no longer be purchased at this location and from what I gathered they are only selling dark and medium colored paints. For paint, recommend choosing another location at the very least or perhaps trying Lowe's.

Just went there about an hour ago to get some paint samples. Was met with the rudest employee at the paint help desk--she honestly was one of the rudest employees I've ever interacted with. Didn't help me at all, told me they didn't have any "white based samples" and that she didn't know when the truck was coming with more, and that I couldn't order them online. I asked if I could select a different brand for samples and she said they couldn't do any.......didn't offer any options and was flat out rude in her delivery. Worst service I've received at a Home Depot.

I'm not a Home Depot aficionado, but I've been to enough to know this isn't a good one. It's so small! I was here looking for garden stakes for my tomatoes and the garden center was sad looking. It was so bare. I get that it's the end of the summer growing season, but you should still have stock when a whole section of your store is loudly labeled: GARDEN CENTER.

What a joke of a store. I online ordered 7 pieces of 26"x12' plastic corrugated roofing. I received an email and a direct phone call from this store stating it was ready for pick-up. I arrived at the store the next morning and they can't find it. The MANAGER comes to help, looks up the inventory and says "We have 22 pieces" Comes back 10 minutes later empty handed and says the best thing would be to refund your money. How can you call yourself a manager when you say it's ready for pick-up and it's not, day you have a large quantity in hand and you don't and your best advice is a refund? What a joke of a manager.

I ordered a grill online (Order # W950106046) that was delivered from the Annandale, VA store. It came dirty, rusted and broken. I made a complaint on April 27th and posted another complaint three days later but have heard nothing back I have always gotten great products and service from Home Depot. This time they failed to come through with any resolution. I admire workers who put their health on the line to serve us during this epidemic and appreciate the HD workers and delivery personnel. This is a hard time and I understand that it is taking longer to respond. My guess is that they are overloaded and will get back to me when they have the time.

Reading the reviews, the ratings are pretty low for the store and I feel conflicted offering my review. Well not really. "If it doesn't apply, let it fly." I live in an apartment and was only in Home Depot to look at house plants. You can jump to that Millennial conclusion all you want but I used to live in a basement and since I love having plants but don't believe in pets. Alas, I found the house plant selection to be extensive and affordable. I wasn't expecting to buy anything but I ended up leaving with a couple for under diez dolares. Paying for the plants was easy, they are still amongst the living and I have no complaints.

Love this Home Depot. I have frequented all of them in the surrounding area but I come here all the time. The staff is super friendly & courteous. They really go out of their way to assist you. We have purchased all sorts of things here from lightbulbs to appliances and have never been disappointed. They are always ready, willing, and able to assist you. I recently went to pick up an online order (love this feature) and had the most amazing customer service. The guy said he just wanted me to be happy because one of my items was damaged (a wreath) & all of the ones stocked on the shelf were damaged too. He went out of his way to show his concern for me & him wanting me to have a perfect order. I was not upset at all, just a bit bummed that they were all damaged but this guy was A-MA-ZING!!!! Thank you HD GUY! I couldn't figure out his name to give him props but I hope to be able to find out. He deserves it!

The employees at this Home Depot are really friendly and helpful. I have an excellent experience shopping here. Couple days ago, I went to the Home Depot in Old Lee Highway, Fairfax and had a horrible experience. I will drive the extra miles to go to this location from now on because I will never go back to the Old Lee Highway Home Depot.

The store looks and feels empty. Crazy lines. Prepare an additional 30 minutes toyl your tome wasted here. Employees are nive, but managment obviously suck. One person on the contractor services at 7 am with 10 people waiting in like for 20 min or more. Avoid this place if possible. Springfield home depot is q mich better faster moving store.

This is short and sweet as I had a lengthy rant about the Alexandria store. Jamie and Genet at customer service, know the meaning of customer service. They tried their best to get me a truck rental. They were kind, professional, smiling, concerned, EVERYTHING a customer service rep should exhibit. No luck after an hour but their efforts were laudable! Thank you both.
