Gloria threatened that she “knows my address and will come to my house and burn it to the ground” because I asked to return something she sent me INCORRECTLY. She refused to return it and when I told her I was not going to pay for something I did not even order she became very hostile and threatening.I will be filing a case with the courts.I called 3 times and offered to mail back her INCORRECT medical item but she threatened me and my family. I did not deserve this treatment and will also be reaching out to the BBB about this appalling behavior.If you’re reading this RUN. Find another supply company because this has been a nightmare.

Thank you for all of your time & assistance, Gloria!! I appreciate you being patient with my mom Jackie who is a new client. She is not very tech savy and was nervous about getting her medical supplies in time. I think it is very important to have patient and caring customer service representatives in this field; and Gloria provided all of that. Thank you again, from both my mom and I.

I called for some advice on various medical equipment after a recent surgery, and although, I went with another vendor, they were still very helpful. Hopefully, I won't need their services again, but if I do, I will certainly keep them on my medical supply short list.

She is very rude and disrespectful I had to call the police on her she refuse to give me back my son prescription and he is on a nebulizer machine she told me to get it back from the docter thats what they get paid for and that Medicaid dont care and that i can tell and call who ever cause she can do what she want the place is very nasty and filthy and someone need to step in

Horrible - there are weird signage on the door that is not clear who it supports. They don't keep hours posted and will not pick up the phone even though that's what they instruct if no one is working.
