I had an emergency on the way to work, dash suddenly lite up like a Christmas tree, pulled up and waited for them to open. They were able to see me immediately! Everyone was super helpful and nice. I am extremely grateful for their excellent service!

I really liked the experience at this Jiffy Lube. Maurice, the manager, was very honest, cool, and pleasant to deal with. Also, they did a good job and got me in and out fast. I will return here again.

I usually love the speed and efficiency of Jiffy; however, driving home after a recent service my washer fluid indicator light went on. When I got home I checked and the washer fluid was completely empty. Since this is one of the boxes they routinely check off with standard oil change service, I can only assume other checks were not completed, much less the actual oil change. I can’t tell you how disappointed I am as I’ve always relied on them for quality and integrity.

Was in town for a work thing and stopped by to have my oil changed. A man named Okeliss greated me right away and took care of all my car needs ! Great place

I brought my car in on a whim for an oil change, and the attendants were professional, quick, and efficient. I definitely recommend this Jiffy Lube to anyone in the Alexandria area. Excellent customer service!

Do not go here! Incredibly slow oil change! Spent OVER 20 minutes with my vehicle’s oil drained and plug back in but nothing else happening to finish the process. When I got my vehicle back all the surfaces were oily from the workers. Do not come here to get an oil change it is a waste of time and money! Many vehicles left while I was waiting for over an hour and a half because of the wait time!!!

Excellent service every time I go. Today I needed my vehicle checked and I was told I needed an alternator replacement. The diagnosis would’ve cost me at the dealership and it was done for free. I appreciate those guys. Hard working every time I go there. Thanks fellas!!!
