I’ve consistently received reliable and fast service at Jiffy Lube for my oil changes. Recently, when my car wasn’t running quite right, I brought it in and the technician promptly checked my fluid levels. A few were low, and they quickly topped them off. Since then, my car has been running smoothly. I appreciate their efficiency and attention to detail—it’s always a hassle-free experience.

This should be the last place you go to get your car fixed. When you go for a simple oil change, they try to charge you $700-$800 by adding a bunch of unnecessary stuff. The fact that they charged me for spark plugs that I changed 2.5 months ago makes that even clearer. I will never come here again, honestly.

Moe was great! his instructions and explanations were very clear. I came in with a check engine light on and left understanding why. He even made sure I knew the specific code that up during servicing!

I'm not going back. Went for a simple oil change and tire rotation, was informed that they ran out of oil filters for VW and they could do a tire rotation. Ok, went to my nearest auto store and grabbed the oil filter. Went back and the guy at the front insisted multiple times that they don't do tire rotations... What??? Whatever, just a simple oil change and I'll be out.
Charged me $110, gave me a $2 credit for my oil filter. 15 minutes of labor. Literally didn't do anything else other than a basic engine check, no windshield fluid, no tire air top-ups, nothing.
I'm thoroughly disappointed but honestly I should've expected it going to a franchised oil change stop. Honestly, I'm so thankful they didn't touch my tires.

Worst customer service, ripping off I was long-term Customer with them, but not anymore. That was my first and last visit at that location.
