Love, love, love this salon. Joi knows hair! I was in very capable hands. My hair is thinning on the top and overall in very bad shape. She gave me a great haircut and color. She explained what she was doing and why, every step of the way.
Joi Dreams is the owner and stylist of Joi Dreams Salon. A native New Yorker, who also lived and styled hair in Alaska, has worked as a stylist for over 28 years. Joi has worked in Va for over 20 years as a stylist in Old Town Alexandria salons before opening her own salon in 2009.
Joi specializes in all textures of hair, is also highly skilled in color application and she is also a barber. Her haircutting is customized to each individual client. Listening to her client’s lifestyle and goals for their hair before cutting is important to Joi; this ensures her client is happy and can maintain their look at home.
